Location was 1 min walking distance from the beach front. On the other side 2-3 mins walk was needed to 24/7 market as well as pharmacy which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Room was good size. Although was with road view and no balcony, however hotel has outdoor areas which are good for relaxation (roof top swimming pool, ground floor bar and restaurant (with live music in the evening). If you have IHG membership, food an none alcoholic drinks are 20% discounted. Breakfast was amazing. Really great options for the morning. Every day beside regular options, they had one of the Asian cousin day. I had some fruits that I never had before in my life (water apple, snake fruit ...). I booked breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a la carte with starter, main course and dessert. It was good choice for me since during the day I did scuba diving (scuba diving and snorkeling school is one minute walk from hotel as well as few other in the city itself). There are many bars and restaurants around as well as spa centers with options for full body massage at price level 10-15 USD per hour. Hotel is on the east coast of the Bali island. Therefore, I used opportunity every morning at 6 am to watch sunrise from the roof top pool area. Pick up from airport was smooth and the best is to book it with hotel directly. For the rest you need APP Grab (which is South Eastern Asia UBER).

Hotel has gym, however it is very small and few machines did not work. Swimming pool is about 13-15 m long and can be used for light swimming training, however it is so much chlorine inside that be careful if you do not have your googles. Some of the staff is not good with English and you have to repeat things twice and to speak slow if you do not want to get wrong order for food and drinks.

Great hotel with perfect service. Room - large enough, modernly furnished, quiet. Extremely large and comfortable bed. Refrigerator, coffee and tea accessories in the room. Water replenished daily (packaged bottles). Free quality cosmetics available in the bathroom. Hotel - modern, excellently equipped. Always everywhere perfectly clean. Restaurant, bar and reception open 24/7. Rooftop pool clean, toilets and showers available. Late check-out is free as standard. In case of any problem, immediate solution. Breakfast - a rich offer, the possibility of other meals on request. Children's tableware and chairs available free of charge. Upon request, the hotel will prepare a takeaway breakfast package. Surroundings - the hotel is in a quieter street (you really don't hear the noise of the city). There is no sidewalk in the street and during the day it functions as a "parking lot" for motorbikes - but everyone drives slowly and carefully, so even with a small child there is no problem walking. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, markets, exchange offices, tour operators, local taxis, scooter and bike rentals within a few meters. Beach - within 100m from the hotel. The beach is sandy, without pebbles. Gradual entrance to the sea (for a long time). In the wider area, the sea is a dock for small boats and catamarans. It is not a classic beach for swimming or snorkeling (you have to go a bit further), but an ideal beach for families with children or weaker swimmers. Sunbeds can be rented everywhere. Plenty of trees and shade on the beach. Available (for a fee) toilets and showers. Bars and restaurants along the entire length of the beach.

There is nothing we don't like. Everything was perfect! If we have to write a "but", there are a few things... there are only 8 sunbeds at the rooftop pool, which can be a minor shortcoming in the exposed terms. Toilets and showers throughout the hotel are a little too air-conditioned for our standards. :) And we would like a little more storage space in the rooms (a lot of things are needed for a longer stay with a small child). As you can see, there are really no downsides...the hotel really has absolutely nothing to complain about!!

Very good hotel for a reasonable price. Nice rooftop pool with view. Clean modern rooms. Perfect air con. Top location near the shops and restaurants and the beach too.

Meals could be better.

After traveling through several countries, I can honestly say I’ve never met such a warm and friendly hotel staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always smiling and ready to help. A special thanks to Ms. Arini, Mr. Pandu, and Ms. Putri for their outstanding hospitality! The hotel’s location is great, and the facilities are well-maintained, clean, and cozy. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali, you’ll feel right at home! Would stay again! 😊

Would like to see more items on restaurant and room service menu.

The Holiday Inn is very close to the main beach area of Sanur, the beds were so comfy and the shower was amazing. The breakfast is a buffet style with lots of choice and great coffee. The pool is small and cold with limited beds, but we had no trouble getting one when we were there, the view from the pool is lovely. The gym is very small with only 1 running machine and 1 bike, they did have a few hand weights though, but could only fit a couple of people in. Our room was on the ground floor and over looked the road, so couldn't really have the curtains open. Other than that though, everything else was lovely, especially the staff and the location. You do not need a moped if you do not want one

Location, very friendly accommodation staff. Very nice pool and walking distance to beach and lots shops, cafes and restaurants. Loved my stay!

There were doing renovations outside my widow although it was not noisey as it was a painting job it completely blocked my view and I had to keep the curtains closed. I complained to reception and they immediately offered another room if I wanted to and offered complimentary afternoon tea. I didn’t end up moving as I was only there for two nights I do appreciate their prompt response but I would have liked to be notified about such an inconvenience in advance. Regardless I really enjoyed my time and will stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of my bag was left in the Grab whereby the security personnel Mr Agung was super fast to retrieve the bag for me. Very grateful to him and a lady counter staff (didn't get her name) who went an extra mile to help me. Room was clean and had good vibes. Bed and pillows (stated: Firm/Soft) were good and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Had many varieties of food and kueh kueh. Many eateries and SPA's at walking distance. Beach was about 3 mins walk from hotel where you can find nice outdoor restaurant by the beach and a SPA which was fully booked. Anyways, we had a good time, enjoyed our breakfast and the stay.

All staff were exceptional, so welcoming accomodating and kind. The rooms were so clean- full size hair dryer and amazing Dove products. Bed was super comfy and lots of channels with great options available. At breakfast the options were great, especially the sourdough bread and fresh eggs. Our son loved the hot chocolate, mango juice, pancakes and option of pork bacon. It’s a smaller hotel with the absolute heart of something special, easy walk to the beach strip or up to the main road. Great food options all around, was the favourite part of our stay!

The hotel was amazing, with a stunning pool view overlooking the sea, making for a beautiful experience. The location is in Sanur, just a short walk from the main street, allowing you to explore the area easily, enjoy the restaurants and shops, and get to know Balinese culture better. Behind the hotel, if you love the sea, you can take a short walk and enjoy the beautiful beachfront. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fairly diverse and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything. At check-out, they even surprised me with a beautiful sarong as a gift, which was very special to me. I will always keep it as a cherished souvenir from Bali☺️ I highly recommend this amazing hotel!

We arrived at 9pm and left 8am the following day as we just needed a bed between landing in Bali and departing for the island the following morning. Could t have been happier with our choice. We would normally avoid Holiday Inn style of places (sorry!) but it was good value at $180 including a great breakfast. The reception lady was an absolute delight, she was so friendly as were all the other staff we encountered. An absolute credit to the hotel. The room was brand new and modern with the a/c already running so you could enter the room to coolness! Comfy bed with a sofa bed already made up for our daughter. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of Local dishes to try and a friendly pair making pancakes and eggs to order. If I needed an overnight stop again I would come back, even just to pop round the corner for a late night Gelato at Massimo!
