Very quiet and good location to beach. Pool was clean with sunbeds with cushions dotted around. Pool towels also. Can get drinks too if wanted. Friendly staff. Rooms although a little tired decor wise were clean and tidy. We had a two room apartment with lounge area which was a nice size although we didnt use as out and about daily. Chairs outside on balcony too if just wanted to sit and read. Supplied with complementary two bottles of water each person per day, tea/kettle. The restaurant /coffee shop next/adjoined served good coffee and breakfast if wanted. We ordered a ricetafel which was a lovely lunch on our last day before flying out . Four of us enjoyed although was for two people ! Round the corner money changers, supermarkets, clothes/souvenir shops, icecream shop(fabulous). And a wonderful bakery not too far along main road. I am unable to load many photos. I would go back again and book

The beds a little too hard for our liking but still slept ok. The toilets/showers by restaurant/pool do need attention/update.

We really loved this place and were so sad to leave. Small cozy hotel and lovely staff. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the living area & balcony were great to just chill out on. Every room appears to have a pool view, coffee & breakfast in the cafe is delicious. Short walk to beach, shops & restaurants. Pool was the perfect temperature and not over populated like other places.

The beds were very hard/firm yet you can somehow still feel the slats, very noisy when rolling over. If not for this I would have given a 10.

The location was good, nestled inbetween some big name hotels. Very near to shopping, restaurants and the beach.The staff was friendly and helpful. A really nice find!

The road leading to it is very difficult because motorbikes from the large hotel workers park their motorbikes on it taking up half of the road. Cars dropping or picking up guests have a difficult time sometimes having to back out allowing another car to pass in the opposite direction, literally making it one lane. The restaurant offered a very limited breakfast and hours. However there are many restaurants and Warungs nearby.

Everything it’s my home away from home. The vibe is traditional Bali the location is where I want to be and the staff are so incredibly friendly xxx

Beds are a bit hard but that’s the worst of it. Bit sad the restaurant has been sold off to an independent now as it was perfect before and now I did not like the service or food there. I ate down the beachfront instead.

The hotel is 200 metres from Sanur Beach and 100 m from the shopping strip of Jl. Cemara. It's a much better example of Balinese culture than the big international hotels in the area. Very reasonable rates and delicious breakfast options also contribute to its appeal.

The garden is beautiful, but for me, I was limited in the time I could use the splendid pool because of the lack of shade.

Peaceful and quiet but in a great location surrounded by very good restaurants. A minutes walk from the beach. Beautiful gardens and nice pool. Very helpful friendly staff.

Restaurant is on the property but not run by the hotel. Breakfast ok but there are plenty of other options in the vicinity.

Mother and Daughter get away. We are very familiar with Sanur and this location is our favourite, so ideally located for us. Warm, caring staff. Awesome pool. A few noodles and swim ring . We didnt have breakfast, so we can't comment on food. We wished we could get all the HBO channels. Only 1 available. As we are not out partying at nite, we do like to watch a movie or 2 at night. Rooms are average condition for this aged hotel. We were not expecting to get the Ritz. We would stay again.

Beds were hard. Bali beds are hard but these are a little harder than normal.

This was our second stay at Palm Garden. We just love this small cosy hotel. The location is awesome with a short 2 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the main Rd where there are an abundance of restaurant options to choose from. The rooms are large and clean, the bathrooms are big but possibly due for a renovation which im sure is not far off as we also stayed at one of their sister hotels in legian and they have renovated their bathrooms. There is nothing wrong with the bathroom it was clean and spacious but they could get rid of the bathtub which I find useless ( for me ) and gain a little more room. The beds are super comfy and a nice big verandahs to sit on. The pool is nice with enough pool lounges for the size of the hotel. The staff are all lovely. We would definately stay at palm garden again.

Nothing to complain about

The room was large and comfortable with Bali wood carvings and paintings. There were two enormous bedrooms that housed my family of four easily. The hotel is located very near the beach and the main road however its very quiet. The grounds and pool are nicely laid out with lush green spaces. The entrance to the hotel and the breakfast area have intricately carved panels and statues which are marvelous to see.

The WIFI was very slow during the day. The Breakfast was sufficient but not very wide ranging. The wall at the end of the pool needs repainting

Loved the pool and beautiful garden. Staff was so amazing and friendly. Little sitting area outside my room was one of the best things, perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Really good food at the restaurant and lovely staff over there too. The cat who lives at the hotel might come ask for food while you are in there. It's friendly and adorable. Good location, just a small stroll and you are at the beach. Also lots of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are quite outdated, but super clean and have lots of space for clothes and your stuff. Big fridge for your food and drinks, good ac and wi-fi.

It was hard to find an outlet to charge your phone, not too many of those in a room. If you have bad knees, stairs to second floor might give you a hard time, those are pretty steep.
