The large living room in addition to a bedroom and an extra room (for an additional traveler) facing a small swimming pool. The bedroom was very comfortable but the sofa in the living room can use good cushion on the back rack.

Bath room and the wash basin can be improved. Install a curtain between the shower and the toilet so that the shower water does not wet the entire bathroom. The wash basin should be upgraded. If your neighbors smoke, as one group of fellow travelers did during our stay, you wouldn’t be able to sit out on your porch because of the smoke. They should make this place smoke free.

A small homestay with only 5 rooms, it was an oasis of calm to return to after being out or indeed equally as lovely to spend some time relaxing in the lush tropical grounds and swim in the pool in the afternoons. I loved the central location to this part of Sanur, also that although on JL Danau Poso it was quiet & peaceful. Mirah, Adi & their extended family run a lovely homestay & Wayan their staff member is great too. The shared kitchen & complimentary bottled water is a great touch, as was the in-room TV with some cable channels. Just some added information from my recent stay. Pictures on the booking site are accurate, however I also I took photos of all three-room types which are attached. - The "superior" rooms are the more modern fitouts (room one is ground level & no stairs to navigate, room 2 & 3 are up a couple flights of stairs) - the deluxe room & deluxe with terrace are both located in the traditional building with the ornate carved wooden doors. - of those two the "deluxe with balcony" has a separate sitting room area & is slightly bigger & has the wooden doors as entry, with the Deluxe having the left most windows & its entrance is on the left-hand side of the building opposite the shared kitchen. I can see why the reviews are consistently excellent & that there are many returning guests & repeat bookings, I had a lovely stay

Location was great, 5min walk for the beach and easy access to restaurants all around. Staff were very helpful and did a good job of communicating, even arranged a late night airport pickup for us. The property was very peaceful and quiet, was a nice escape after the hustle and bustle of the beach. We also loved that it was a traditional home and had a kitchen in case you wanted to cook or store food.

Bed was somewhat uncomfortable, really hard mattress. Bathroom could use a few updates. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything the people in the next room do, we just played some white noise and it drowned out any noise.

I loved everything about my stay here. The wifi was good, the room looked bigger than in the photos, and the AC worked great. The location was also perfect. There is a push bike rental right at the closest entrance to the beach from the accommodation. I paid for their airport transport service as I only had one night here and didn't want to waste time. The driver was on time and the ride went smoothly. You can now pay by credit card here too. The staff was extremely nice and flexible. They allowed me to pay right before leaving so I could use up my remaining cash and pay the rest by card. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay!!! Thank you so much for everything!

The location is good. it takes only 5-7 min to reach the beach. there are coffee shops, marts, and restaurants nearby. The main gate in on the road but there's a gap between main gate and rooms so you don't get to hear the traffic noise which is great. Rooms are big and the greenery in the courtyard is very calming. the pool was nice to plunge in. the owners, and staff are really nice and friendly. we even got our laundry done with them. it was super convenient. there's a basic kitchen with all utensils for you to make tea or toasts.

It's a nice small guesthouse in a very central place, only 8 min walking from one of the main Sanur's entrances. It also is 5min walk from the main street with several shops, spas, and restaurants. Try the best ice cream, it's called Massimo. I rented the bicycle from them, it was very convenient. They kindly kept my big suitcase while I spent a few days in Nusa Penida. I stayed on the second floor, the room has a shared balcony with a room beside it. It was nice and quiet. Downstairs they have a pool (seems small, but it's a good size) and a shared kitchen, which was very helpful during the local holiday when all the tourists had to stay inside for the day. The homestay kindly provided some groceries for us.

I stayed in homestays before in Bali and I would make some recommendations: the room could be cleaner and the housekeeping service offered every day in the morning. The room's furniture can be upgraded and more modern. The room's decoration can be better and have more details. The shower curtain needs to be replaced for a new one or an upgrade to a glass box. The AC in the room I stayed in was not powerful enough, I asked the host and they told me it was brand new, but even at 17 C it took a very long time to cool off a small bedroom. These small details would make the place much better, and inclusive they could charge a little more if they do these upgrades.

I have stayed in Sanur many times from 5 star resorts to quaint villas and I can happily say that my time at Ngetis was easily one of the most enjoyable. I initially booked my stay for two weeks in their premier villa which is a small traditional Balinese house and comes with a lounge, large bedroom, large bathroom and shower and a small back room that can function as a second bedroom as it has a single mattress. I felt so homely here that I extend my stay an extra two weeks 1 in the villa and 1 in the superior room overlooking the pool. The superior room was very nice, but much smaller, so my preference is definitely the villa. The grounds are immaculately clean and well maintained. The pool is warm and inviting. They remind me of miniature versions of the gardens at the Bali Hyatt which in my opinion are the most beautiful gardens in Sanur. The place is very quiet and much of the time I felt like I had it all to myself. I had a scooter and there was plenty of secure parking. The location is brilliant as all the highlights in Sanur are in close proximity. The owners of the property Mirah and Agun along with their family are absolutely delightful. They are warm, friendly and above all interested in their guests. At Ngetis you don't feel like a room number, but as a valued guest or a dear friend (thanks to Agun I got to witness a once in a life time event: the cremation of the King of Denpasar; information you could only get from a local in the know who’s only too happy to share it). I look forward to visiting my new friends at Ngetis again very soon.

Lovely simple, clean, private place. Fantastic value for money. Nice touches like great WiFi, free water, access to a full kitchen if needed. Very welcoming and lovely people who run the place. Highly recommend.

A very handy location for the beach and Main Street, but once you were through the front gate it was peaceful and private. Gardens were beautiful and we had the two upstairs rooms (double and a twin) which were very convenient. Rooms had a little fridge which was nice to keep you water cool, and were clean and comfortable.

Serene, very pleasant environment with greenery, beautiful buildings and landscape, pool and the fact there was a kitchen you could use and drinking water available to refill your bottle. Good location, a nice walk to the beach. Staff was warm and approachable, with excellent communication but non intrusive, which I really appreciated.
