Great Location only a few minutes walk from the beach. Rooftop pool is great and the rooftop bar was also fantastic! Breakfast there was a great selection. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Greeted with a welcome drink on arrival which was nice. Overall a very nice hotel.

The rooms on the 2nd floor are very noisy as the restaurant is directly below and the main road outside can be quite noisy. It can be noisy from 6am. It didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay however next time I would like a room on a higher floor where is can be a bit quieter. There wasn’t any late check out available which was a shame however the hotel let me keep the room until 1pm which was great.

Nice, clean and modern rooms and a great breakfast with lots of choice. Within very short walking distance of the beach boulevard. Also a big compliment to all staff members, who were all very friendly and helpful (especially the staff at breakfast), and the often underappreciated room cleaning staff!

The staff were lovely, really attentive and friendly. They were always available and proactive. The room was really nice and the hotel is in a good spot close to the beach. The included breakfast was excellent. Pool area and bar were also great.

The food and drink specials were a bit confusing and not very well explained so we ended up paying double what we expected for a 2-for-1 afternoon session by the pool. Pillows were not great. The edges around the pool are a bit sharp and my partner cut her leg (nothing major) getting in one time. But all pretty minor stuff really, overall it's a very nice place and would recommend it.

▶ Staff were very polite and warm, always greeting everytime I met them. ▶ Room very clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a rack on the balcony for hanging clothes. There is little wooden structure inside the room hence no mold smell which is great. Kettle is available upon request. The breakfast and swimming pool are nice. Roof top view is great!! ▶ Can refill 2 water bottles a day ▶ Beach is 3 minutes walk!! A convenient store & money changer within 1-min walk. ▶ Most of the receptionist were very helpful. ▶ Bring your own tooth brush and paste. Bring your own slippers if you are not used to flip flops.

The music selecion for swimming pool and restaurant had heavy bass sound which resonatesd in the room in every second (Luckily, the receptionist was great and helpful on the noise issue I raised, he changed room soon for me for the rest of stay.) Arthotel will benefit from either changing the song selection to a lighter one Or implementing more sound-proof hardwares.

Really good location, great rooms that look like a corporate room anywhere in the world, bathroom was 10/10, loved the coffee machine in the room, great Tv. Just a great room no complaints about that. Lovely pool area and bar on the rooftop.

I did not like that our room faced a wall, I did not like that once in the room you did not have a feel that you were in Bali, great room don’t get me wrong but just wanted a bit more of a holiday Bali feel than. Breakfast was busy, super busy and hard to get a table for 4. I also did not like that the pool area did not have many sun beds and by 3pm no hardly places with sun.

This hotel was such great value! The staff are so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant and pool bar. The roof top pool if lovely, great happy hour cocktails and food and comfortable sun loungers. The rooms were excellent, cool, clean and comfortable with great shower pressure. Breakfast was a real treat with so much variety of food and very good service. The hotel is located a couple hundred metres from the beach front and only a five-ten minute walk to shops.

There was a bit of noise at night from the street which, as a light sleeper, was a small thing to get used to.

Amazing location, staff, facilities, drinks, food. Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Balconies facing volcano - such a beautiful view at sunrise.

Rooms are not soundproof, you can literally here neighbours brushing teeth or washing hands… Same goes for the noice from the rooftop bar

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, very comfortable rooms with large beds, great showers and bathroom. The pool was a great asset at the end of a hot day exploring. Efficient internet. Also took advantage of the Spa facility for a special treat, the staff there were also excellent. Great location to explore both locally and to reach places further afield. Ineresting story behind the art used throughout the hotel.

It can be a little noisy , perhaps due in part to the open design of the hotel. It didn't cause us any problems though. Earplugs are provided but we didn't need them.

ARTOTEL Sanur exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed with a creative, modern vibe and local artistic touches. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the rooftop pool and bar – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with something for everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is ideal too – just a short walk to the beach and great local restaurants. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely stay here again!

No Gym

This was our third stay at Artotel Sanur, and we keep coming back for a reason. It is great value for money. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is great and Lidah Lokal is a lovely restaurant to have dinner at and to sit for breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar are the perfect place to chill and to hide out for the bouts of rain in the rainy season. The spa is great, especially the massages by Novi and Trisha. The staff is the best, upon arrival, most remembered us from the past years. A special shoutout to Dita, Nova, Erik, Perdi and Benji for having great service and conversation.

It would be great to have a spot to sit on the balcony and to have a kettle for making tea in the room. Although the hotel offers two complimentary water bottles (500ml) a day, this is not sufficient for making coffee/tea, drinking and using in the bathroom. It would be great if two extra bottles are provided for the bathroom for, e.g., brushing your teeth, since the tap water is not potable.
