Great location and 24 hr security. The 4 bedroom villa’s with its own private swimming pool and kitchen area was lovely. The bathroom /toilet area had a strong perfume scent that could get a bit much at times. The place is super quiet. It’s a lovely spot but a few things like the coach are looking a bit tired. Would I stay there again. Definitely. The cafe we went to breakfast and occasionally lunch was amazing and very close by. Could walk around easily or catch a taxi which was so cheap. Plenty of great eating spots along the beach front too.

We have stayed at Emerald several times and really enjoy the central location and the spacious villas. All villas are similar and are well maintained. Each villa comes with a maid/cleaner that comes every day for a couple of hours to clean and do laundry. There is also a pool guy that also comes every day to check and clean the pool for 10 minutes. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is very equipped if you want to cook or prepare food. There is a large fridge freezer. Each apartment has large water bottle dispensers so clean water is always available for drinking. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Not much to dislike.

We loved Bali Emerald Villas but there was definite room for improvement. First impressions was spectacular but during our stay we noted some details that really need attention. The beds were hard and the pillows were small, flat and lumpy. The bed linen wasn’t great either but the towels were nice. The outdoor living area was beautiful but we couldn’t use it very much due to the heat. There was a tiny fan way up high in the ceiling that made absolutely no difference and the kitchen fan was better but made no difference to the seating area. The few pool noodles on offer were old and deteriorating which felt rough and uncomfortable. The pool itself was beautiful and its surrounding gardens. The website states there’s a washing machine and dryer on the premises but they don’t mention you’re not allowed to use it. The housekeeper was lovely but she seemed to spend a lot of time there. We would leave in the morning and she would not leave until we got back many hours later which seemed unnecessary and a bit invasive. The location was fantastic but the premises does not have a restaurant, bar or room service as advertised which annoyed me as it was a major reason why I picked there. All in all we did enjoy our time but we would not go back to that villa again.

The villa exceeded our expectations. I booked a 3 bedroom villa, it was huge! So clean and fresh. The whole place was just beautiful. One great thing to note is that the plug sockets around the villa are multi ones, so there is no need for adaptors! On arrival, the staff were there to greet us and took us round to the villa. They even asked me what time I'd like the maid to start work each day! The pool was great. We did manage to use it despite initial flooding in Sanur. The pool wasn't too badly affected, and the staff worked tirelessly to sort it. Our maid. She was beautiful. Working so hard to keep the villa spotless, she did our laundry, which was amazing. All the staff we came across were just so friendly and happy. The location of the villa was perfect, right by coffee shops, short walk to the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Accessible to the rest of Sanur. We used the Bluebird app to book taxis, and it was super easy. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!

We had to leave!

The pool was exceptional. The outside heated shower was amazing. The bed incredibly comfortable. The outside area absolutely beautiful and extravagant. The outside area very well kept and luxurious. Fresh cold drinking water at all times. Plenty of kitchen amenities.. didn't need anything although a pair of tongs would have been good and some bowls to have oats in would also be helpful. Very clean. Very helpful incredibly friendly staff.

The toilet seat wasn't very secure. The inside shower pressure was not very good. The inside and outside showers blocked a little.. which is to be expected. There's not much you can say wrong about this property.

Lovely 3 bed 3 bath villa, large rooms, large fully equipped kitchen, fabulous pool and gardens. Housekeeper was excellent, came every day to makeup rooms and clean and also did our washing and ironing. Pool man and Gardner both came every day.

Microwave was not working and kettle had exposed wires, but both were replaced immediately with new appliances. Villa is starting to look old and in need of renovation, especially floors which are very stained and need upgrading throughout all areas.

I had visited the property many years ago and was pleasantly surprised to see how well it had been maintained. The addition of enclosing the shared living areas and adding aircon was a lovely surprise. The pool was as sparkling as it could be. Having such beautiful and friendly staff in the office and in villa makes the stay so special. A short stroll to the beach and everything one could want.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The time without visitors was obviously put to good use.

Everything was beautiful and spacious! We loved the luxurious feel of the villa, and the pool was a delight to swim in. The king-size beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were large. We loved the open plan style of the kitchen and lounge outdoor areas. Very clean and tidy, with lots of storage for clothes. All up a fabulous place to stay - this is our second time we have stayed at Emerald Villas and again we were not disappointed!

The mosquitos were a bit of a problem outdoors although defogging was carried out halfway during our stay and it was much better then.

The villa was large, clean and well equipped. The pool was also well maintained and an ideal size. Emerald Villas are in a great location being a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and cafes.

The living area in our villa got very hot particularly in the afternoon. The main fan did not work effectively on higher speed function and an additional fan in the living area would have been beneficial.
