Good location close to beach

Lovely resort for a couple or family looking for a beach holiday. Staff are incredibly friendly and polite; like nowhere else I have ever been. The buildings and gardens are very pretty and there is enough space for the resort to feel quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, with absolutely anything one could want, and nice views over the pool to the beach. Room was big; with a nice balcony & huge comfortable bed. Fixtures & fittings could do with a bit of TLC but we just showered and slept there. Located right on the beach, with so many dining options within 10 min stroll along the 'boardwalk'. Overall, a classy, peaceful and attractive resort that we definitely recommend for a relaxing week in the sun.

Maybe a bit pricey, but it is a lovely environment, the staff are fabulous, and you are right on the beach. So that may be harsh. One thing to watch for. They take a deposit against your card at check in, they then charge the full amount at check out, but the deposit is not refunded to your card for 2 weeks. Effectively you pay twice at check out. Seems like a strange practice so best have the money in your account to cover that.

The beach was right outside the resort, with resort seating available on the actual beach for guests. My friends and I preferred the pool, although my husband enjoyed the ocean swim, which was cooler than the pool. I preferred the warm temperature of the pool. The breakfast buffet selection was more than ample to cater for a variety of guest nationailities' tastes. We took advantage of the egg-making station each day and the freshly made pancakes and noodles were superb! Our room was basic (by choice) because we spend our holidays exploring an area. It was clean, cool and comfortable and ideal for our needs.

The hotel is aged and could use some renovating - eg. bathrooms. Fortunately, the amazing, friendly service compensates for the hotel's appearance. We did appreciate the Indonesian influence on style of the hotel and hope that remains with any updating.

Great location in Sanur — we wish we had discovered it earlier. Our villa faced the promenade and beach, which was wonderful. We also enjoyed the two pools and found the staff very friendly and helpful. They provided us with 2 baby cots despite it wasn’t available on Booking and it helped us a lot. Room service was really great - delicious and affordable meals. They were flexible and offered a late check out, which was great for us.

For families with very young children, the villa layout isn’t ideal. The check-in process could also be smoother, especially when traveling with little ones.

Beautiful, gracious, comfortable hotel. Warm welcome front desk. Extremely wheelchair accessible throughout from entrance to grounds to facilities . Very clean, comfortable pleasant rooms kept up with special touches by housekeeping Strong fast consistent wifi . Fabulous staff. Nice poolside restaurant with freshly made delicious menu, attentive staff. Very bear a yoga studio,, co working cafe really nice playground, warung, rentals. Awesome beach

This is a very peaceful area thank goodness--- - there are boutiques, restaurants around just be aware not central Sanur -

I feel bad for criticising as overall our room was okay. I would like to repeat how exceptional your staff were with their friendliness and efficiency. But with regards to the room: the room was clean, but tired. bathroom ceiling needed repair, as did tiles in bathroom, toilet loose and moved when sat on. tv hard to work out and wifi chanels not good until repaired hand towels were never supplied unless asked for - should be a prerequisite

The big territory, nice plants, near the sea. Breakfast is good. A lot of restaurants nearby.

I didn’t like the room I was offered according to booking and had to pay for the upgrade. The territory is not taken care of very well: the grass is not cut, not clean, somewhere dry. At times we could not find a free mattress on the beach. No room for sports or yoga. The beach is not very clean - even the part which is supposed tho be the hotel’s one. Do not expect to find some piece there even in early hours - if not people there will be wild dogs. I believe the staff could do much more if well managed -there seemed to be a lot of people.

Close to beach and good walk along beach to heaps of little restaurants. Able to hire pushbikes to ride along beach. Pool lovely, no swim up bar but bar close. Breakfast had lots of different choices

The whole hotel needs to be updated very tired Dinner at their restaurant wasn’t the best.

Large grounds and spacious rooms, staff very friendly, in a good spot by the bike and walk trail along Senur

The room was lovely but needs a TLC, especially in the shower drain, grout needs redoing. One of our night we had a young family and we could hear the baby crying which was unfortunate.
