The Sumitra Luxury Villas takes luxury to the next level, we stayed in a private villa for 2 weeks over the new year/January period, from the airport pickup through to the welcome on the day of arrival, the service offered by the team was warm and very welcoming. We were shown to the villa and given a tour and explanation of the facilities which was very helpful, taxi’s were arranged at our request, private island tours were available and staff were extremely knowledgeable when being asked about the best shopping, attractions, local services etc. During our stay we enjoyed walking straight out the door to the private pool with food and beverages delivered to our villa upon request (nothing was too much trouble). Meals were also available at the on-site restaurant or delivered via a food delivery hatch at the villa, if you don’t feel like being disturbed. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck overlooking the private pool and beach, delivered each morning by a smiling, happy host wishing us a good morning. The villas were absolutely perfect but it was the team of hosts which sets this resort apart from anywhere else we have stayed before, they were the most kindhearted, genuine and accommodating team we have ever come across. We will be back.

Wow... from the moment we arrived... just wow :). This villa is stunning and the staff are next level. Communication no issue whatsoever, always smiling, always ready to help, nothing too much trouble. Their only concern was that we were going to enjoy our stay. We had a security guard rush over to help us lift a bike up some stairs and when walking to reception a gardener rush over to offer to carry our bag. Everyone was amazing and ready to do anything for you - even if not in their own "job description". I love that, regardless of job title it appears the number one task is simply to ensure all guests are happy - such great team work. On arrival we were greated by the very professional and delightful reception team. We we given a welcome drink and refreshing towel and then taken by golf cart to our gorgous villa. The villa has absolutely everything you could want and more. The furniture and finishes are simply beautiful and the bed so comfy. We opted to have our breakfast served in our villa each morning. The selection and food was incredible - compliments to the chef! And whoever was making those mojitos we were ordering in the afternoon... wow you can make me a drink anyday :) Bikes are available at reception and were so useful to get around if you did want to leave your piece of paradise and stretch your legs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and Sumitra make sure you look after those staff - they are your biggest asset.

Beautiful new hotel. The rooms were stunning, bed super comfy. The beachfront pool was the perfect place to spend the day. Staff were all very professional and friendly. At the quieter beach end of Sanur which I loved but still a short walk to everything. I will definitely be back.

Menu could have some smaller healthier snack options.

Absolutely everything was out of this world…the room, the pool, the location, the food, all complete 5* luxury, staff were amazing, they even decorated our room for my partners birthday.. They’ve made our Bali experience something we’ll never forget.. thank you all so very much. I hope we can return one day, so very blessed to have been here

We were received by Indra at the airport and he drove us back to the resort, he was very helpful and explained a lot to us on the way. At the resort we were received by Puteri and she was wonderful and an amazing host. The villas were amazing and the stay was wonderful. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful and they were amazingly hospitable.

Modern, clean and understated luxury. Pool was beautiful as is the detailed interior. Staff were friendly, respectful and happy to help.

The restaurant food was average but you are in a great location to walk along the sea to find other places to eat.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The team is extremely friendly and courteous. The villas are as advertised in the picture and are equipped with high end equipment and appliance and overall there is great attention to detail and quality of everything in the villas. The location is also great as it is right next to the public beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. There are four different breakfast menus to try, ranging from American to Balinese, we tried all of them and all were great. The team also arranged guided tours for us in Bali while we were there, we would like to especially thank Mira for her great recommendations where to go and

High quality well appointed spacious villas with own pool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Have access to bicycles which were great to explore the many restaurants along the 5km beachfront paved promenade.
