This is the second time we have stayed here and we really like the place. We had a junior suite on the ground floor which gave us room to sit without being in the bedroom all the time.the location is in a very quiet spot and we walked to the beaches everyday. The staff are exceptional and very friendly. Good value for money.

It is a bit run down as it’s quite old but we liked the character of the place.

Quiet and clean. Comfy beds, nice shower room and a clean pool. Fridge microwave and hot plate with kitchen sink.

A little run down. Some basic maintenance needed. A bit out of the way for central Sanur, but close to the beach.( Which was nice).

It was quiet and pretty. Pool was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodating with the booking and finding taxis. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The negative reviews are a bit exaggerated, it’s a good standard for small Indonesian hotels of this price.

things in room were outdated and some broken things, like the towel rack outside. It all looked a bit dingy, but it was not dirty. Did not eat at restaurant but we did get charged a whopping 20,000 for a cup of coffee so maybe it’s best to just pay for a full breakfast.

I was told by the staff that I received late check information from the website I booked through but I didn't receive any late check in information. That was frustrating both to not have the information and also to be told I had it when I did not.

Loved the place. Feels intimate Had a hugh 2 bed, 2 bath villa. No hot water in the mornings. Sink, mirror & double sinks all need a good scrup and polish. Shower was massive but hand held in my bathroom didn't work. The other bathroom the overhead shower didn't work. Over all I loved it but it needs mantanance.

Located a five minute walk away from the end of the Sanur beachfront so feels like a bit of an escape but with easy access. Large, comfortable suite at reasonable price.

The name is a bit of a stretch. The sea may be visible from some parts of the property but this hotel is not on the beach by any means. There were about 8 or 9 bikes that were free to use, which was great for getting around and into Sanur when they worked but unfortunately few had adequately pumped tyres (ie most had at least one flat unrideable tyre) and they weren’t very well maintained. I made a point of explaining this was a relatively small thing they could do that would make quite a big difference so perhaps they will sort it.

I liked that it was near my kite surfing lessons. Had a select breakfast menu which I liked wit a view of the garden or pool. Had a orange cat.come visit too which was friendly. Cold aircon and warm showers.

The drain was blocked and ran into the other drain so no big deal. Bit run down but served my needs. Thankyou

I love the friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating. It is a great value for money, the facilities are kept very clean and relatively well maintained.

When I made the booking I didn't realise that the breakfast wasn't included as in previous years the booking always had breakfast included. It wasn't much of an issue as it was very reasonably priced and we simply paid for it separately.

We liked the room and the space around the hotel the most. The room was actually like a studio it has a bedroom and also a living room where you can eat and watch a movie. The green spaces around the hotel were incredible and the beach is in walking distance

The swimming pool water was not really clear, so I assume the pumps were out of something but we stayed also in the time where they were renovating or remapping the water system

Great value, quiet and away from all the tourist traps. Right next to the kite flying area which was very colorful. Real local vibe.

Needs bedside lamps. A bit run down but clean and well run.
