The small, elegant property with individually decorated cottages provided an experience of authentic Bali, with comfort. The cottages were beautifully decorated & the outside sitting area was delightful. All our sitting time was outside. Having our breakfast delivered to this outside area was also delightful. The numerous art installations around the grounds & in the cottages were also charming. Bebek cottages is located in a quiet area away from the busy Sanur centre. Although not on the beach, it is easily accessible by either walking or hiring a bike from very close by. Bebek cottages is a perfect place to experience serenity beside the delightful pool, a taste of authentic Bali along with much beauty & comfort.

It would be much more sustainable to include the large water bottles in each cottage rather than lots of little ones. The poolside needs more sun lounges so that guests are not anxious about spending too much time on them. The older ones need replacing as the broken pegs on the back are a little dangerous.

Located in a lovely quiet and beautiful residential area, This is a small hotel with a good Cafe attached. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are very clean, beds and linen excellent quality. Staff are very helpful and friendly. 5 minute walk to the beach and cafes. Away from the busy streets.

Noisy frogs ! Living in a beautiful pond in tropical gardens 😊.. Nature at its' best.

Spacious, comfortable and private cottages. Nice pool in a beautiful setting. Lovely gardens. Nice breakfast. Push bike and motorcycle rental not far up the road. A quick $3 Grab ride into Sanur central or an interesting cycle or walk along the esplanade. We liked being out of town a bit. It's a quiet road and area.

The pool is surrounded by lush gardens which is gorgeous but only allows room for 4 beach beds and two chairs. Great if you score one!

What a lovely place to stay! The staff is amazing and so are the garden and the swimming pool. The room and bathroom are tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant is great too. In-house spa area, where I booked a delightful massage. Recommended to rent a bicycle next door, then all of Sanur is easy to reach via the beach boulevard. Bebek Cottages is a very nice tribute to the architect, including the time capsule library. We hope that many more people stay here so that they can recover from the past two years and are able to make their desired improvements.

Stunning design and architecture of the bungalows and quaint facilities. Beautiful pool with two fountains. Lush greenery everywhere made it tranquil and sublime. Attention to detail in bedrooms was exceptional - we had a turn down service and also a copy of a Hindu /balinese story to read each night. Plenty of drinking water in the rooms and a fridge to chill it in. As well as a four poster bed and stunning bathroom. Breakfast was huge and there were lots of options you chose the evening before so service was prompt and everything was cooked fresh. Dinner in the restaurant was also delicious.

Absolutely nothing!

It was a amazing beautiful cottage in a magic garden, people were friendly and did the best to do everything for you, they manage to prépare a trip to Nusa Penida... nice breakfast..

The only thing it was a little far on foot from the nice and attractive prommenade and the center, it's good to rent a bike with a light, it's good to stay two days it's enough.

Location - super close to the southern end of the Sanur beach / boardwalk area (only a 5 minute walk from the hotel). It's a fantastic walk down the boardwalk to see a lot of the beach (probably the best boardwalk in all of Bali). You are also down the road from one of the main strips / roads where there are more local restaurants and cafes. Staff - everyone is super friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed their hospitality :) Facilities - the garden is well maintained, with nice pool and restaurant onsite as well Room - the mosquito nets were a lifesaver!! The beds were quite comfortable as well, and AC was a bonus. Bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. We also liked how there was an outdoor table area - great place to start the day with breakfast.

FYI These are very small things and don't take away from the overall experience: - The AC was located far from the bed - it would have been better to have the AC closer to where people slept to keep cool during the night (understand this is probably to do with where the AC ducts need to be placed) - Limited breakfast options for vegans (my partner, who is not vegan, thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast)

It is very quiet, beautiful gardens, nice cosy pool and amazing friendly staff. The restaurant serve good delicious meal if you don’t feel like going out. What stand out among other villas or cottages are: 1. Afternoon snacks 2. Nightly turn down service with bedtime stories to read. 3 breakfast delivered to your room where you can enjoy breakfast on your private patio. I enjoyed a nice stroll to the beach for the locals where you can take a left to the more tourist beach area.

The place is a bit far away from the buzzing main tourist area. But you can Gojek a cab or motobike to the surrounding area. I chose a small room which is at back of the another cottage. It felt like an afterthought after they build the main cottages to squeeze in a room. But the price is reasonable. It comes with a loud ventilation fan for the bathroom. But you can always switch it off after.

Small, quiet and beautiful with gorgeous gardens and pool. On a quiet side street close to the hustle of the boardwalk and the Sanur main streets with bars and restaurants if that’s your scene. The rooms very comfortable, beautiful large bathrooms and well appointed in general! Ayu and her staff provide excellent, genuinely welcoming service! The attached restaurant Warung Memeri is EXCEPTIONAL!!! You don’t have to go far to enjoy truly exquisite local cuisine!! They serve the included breakfasts so you know meals will not disappoint and they are open for lunch. Super friendly service!! Please be kind, “global travel ambassadors” and tip generously. You won’t find better service!!

Everything! Located down the quiet end of Sanur this amazing property was once the residence of a prominent Sanur landscape architect (and his gardeners) who (I think) designed the gardens of the Hilton and other hotels in the area. We stayed for 7 nights and it was everything we needed it to be. Location is about a 10min walk from the Main Street so don’t expect all the conveniences at your doorstep, but that’s a plus in my book. The restaurant is reasonably priced and food is delicious. People come from other places just to eat here. The Vietnamese restaurant 150m up the road in another hotel is also fantastic. Bike hire and laundry available 50m up the road. For me, this is what holiday accommodation should be. It may not be for everyone. I would stay again here in a heartbeat.

Fans on the verandas would go a long way. Reducing single use plastics could be achieved.
