The staff were amazing and so friendly. While a little away (ca. 30 mins walking with kids to main beach an restaurants), the use of car was perfect and the location was great for families looking for peace and quiet at night. The rooms were super spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was the perfect start to each and every day. TIP: User GRAB app for transport, food etc., its fantastic and easy and stress free / cash-less.

Overall experience was great. Only thing I can think of is that the bathroom / shower could benefit from a little refresh.

Breakfast was plentiful, not a huge selection but enough to fill up on before heading out for the day. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was great for relaxing in with kitchen facilities and large fridge that worked well. Staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. Lovely clean pool. Only about a 20-25 minute easy walk to Sanur Beach.

Some upgrades to grouting and bathroom benches needed, same with kitchen area. Having an option to shower outside or next to indoor shower was a bonus. Hard to use the television system and everything needed passcodes or login/sign up - very minimum free channels except kids cartoons. Only 2 food options within a couple of minute walk.

The staff were warm and friendly. The complimentary breakfast daily was delicious and the choice and amount of food and drink was ample. The food was well-cooked and of great quality. My kids and I loved the pool, the availability of massage services, and the peaceful and serene location. The rooms were bright, clean, and spacious. The bathrooms were generously sized with double sinks and very hot water. There was soap and shampoo without the need for single-use plastics. The beds and pillows were comfortable and very big. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a microwave, large fridge and freezer, electric fry pan, and utensils. We had fresh clean water available in boiling or temperate.

One thing that would be helpful would be to have a dustpan and brush available in the room so that I could clean up after my messy kids, without having to leave the mess to the staff each day.

What can I say, but what a great little place and what a find. Lovely welcome at the front desk. The room was ready 2 hours before check-in , and the result, room/apartment, was a very good size and completely unexpected. The apartment has lounge area outdoor seating area and kitchen area Very large comfy bed and hugh bathroom shower area. All was very clean and well looked after Nice size pool to cool down in Breakfast was amazing Staff were always happy Location was spot on for visiting the beach and sanur area 10-15 min walk to the beach, and then you can walk for miles along the beach front bars and restaurants And then you can get back to the hotel by walking the road way It was a shame we only stayed for one night We WILL be back if we're in bali again

Staffs were very kind and helpful. Free shuttle service was additional benifit. I used one time. Swimming pool was enjoyable, though not large.

I stayed at Bali Bubble for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were at 2 bedroom, and another 1 night was at 1 bedroom because no more 2 bedroom available when I liked to extend the stay. I was some shocked with flies and mosquitos at the 2 bedroom. I did not know why it was. because heavy rain and high humidity or something else? I struggled with flies with pestcide for a while after chech-in. Some bugs came in the room from outside. The 2 bedroom was at 1st floor. It was not good experience. The 1 bedroom was at 2nd floor. It was good relatively.

If I could give 10/10 for the employees, I would. Kitchen, cleaning, and reception staff were all courteous, cheerful, and obliging. The shuttle service was good and even though the location was far from the beach areas where I usually choose to stay, taxis are very cheap. Breakfasts and the on-site massage service were good too. The 19L filtered water bottles in every apartment are excellent, saving so many small plastic bottles going to landfill every day.

The nighttime noise from the aircon external units on the roof vibrated down the walls and disturbed my sleep, as did noise from the villa next door. It wasn't too bad after the first few nights so I guess my brain learned to tune it out. The patio fan was broken and they couldn't get it fixed until the 9th day of my 10 day stay, so it was unbearably hot while trying to get work done in privacy in the fresh air.

This was a great place to stay with children. We spent 3 days here then traveled around and ended our trip with another 6 nights here just because the children loved it so much, and they felt so at home here. Staff are just wonderful, and they really go above and beyond. Rooms are very big and bright. Sure, they forget new towels once in a while, but that's no big deal, just a 20-second walk, and you get new ones straight away. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone with children. Awesome breakfast, too 😋

The shower could use a good scrub around the edges, but otherwise, the place was clean and fresh 👌

The apartment with mini kitchen, living and separate bedroom was perfect for our young family. Breakfast was delicious with nice variety on menu. Pool was lovely! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was very handy and we used it daily.

Location isn’t ideal in Sanur, takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and not many restaurants in walking distance. But as mentioned the free shuttle one way was great, a Gojek anywhere costs less than 20,000IDR. So easy to get around, but just an extra step.

Pretty much everything! - the apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable - breakfast is delicious and big portions - the staff is very nice and helpful - the pool is great - the location as few people mentioned in the comments is a little out of the way BUT it’s just 10 minutes walk to the local beach along a nice river path (stroller friendly if your traveling with a little one like us), everything is within 5-15 minutes grab ride away plus the hotel provides a free shuttle service 6 times a day to any place in Sanur

Nothing! We did have a little issue at the checkout though as the card payment was not working, so if you’re planning to pay by card -I’d recommend settling your dues BEFORE the last day rather than last minute.

Nice, comfortable and good size beds. Pool was lovely. Balcony was a nice place to eat the delicious included breakfast. Good size shower and smart TV with many English options. Great A/C. They also provided a free shuttle into town- we didn't come at the correct time but the lovely man working offered to drive us anyway. I would come back here. They also stored our luggage for us while we visited the nearby sarangan turtle sanctuary (highly recommend especially with kids by the way)- and carried it to our room by the time we got back.

The only thing I can think that could be improved was more change available (aka. "small money"). They only had 50,000 and 100,000 notes. It wasn't too big of a problem because I walked 3 minutes to a local warung and got change by buying a coconut.
