The online images accurately reflected my expectations; the pool was well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this accommodation in Sunar to anyone seeking a place to stay. The bedding was both clean and comfortable, and there was a water tank available with mineral water. Additionally, I enjoyed a Balinese massage for 28 AUD for two hours, which was a delightful bonus. The package also included complimentary barista coffee, juice, a free 15-minute massage, and daily transportation to Sunar Beach. The beach area was OK, featuring markets and hotels along the shoreline.

Beautiful room. Wonderful, comfortable bed,dreamy pillows. Staff were genuinely fantastic, courteous, friendly, and treated me like a queen. Nothing was too much trouble for Ayu,Putri,Saka, and Hendra. Truly wonderful. Loved the extra complimentary bonuses of breakfast, coffee, or fresh juice all day. Laundry complimentary. Stunning room with a pool at your door. The fridge and mini kitchen were convenient. WIFI was great as was large screen TV. Overall, excellent. Will stay again.

Beautiful rooms, large fridge and tv. swimming pool right outside the room. Breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices. Coffee and juices were free all day which was incredible. All the staff were outstanding. So very friendly and always asking if you need anything. Lovely drivers who were willing to drop you to the beach or to the mall for free. Really excellent service. I will happily go back there.

Being older the distance from the beach was for me a little far but the drivers are happy to take you so it shouldn’t be a problem.

This resort was by far the highlight of our holiday in Bali. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the resort Abian klumpu in my future endeavors to bali, as it made my 20 day holiday with my wife extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 11/10. We received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the resort until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. We would like to give a special thanks to the resident Manager Asti for making this vacation unforgetable with her warm welcoming gesture and positive energyi she bring along with her.And a speciel thanks to Asti again for giving my wife the oppurtunitt to wear thetraditional balineese ceremonial clothes with my and taking some great pictures.We wiænever gorget that .I will not for resident manager Asti who made my wife so so happy. A last thank to Ayuthimy and Putri for always smiling and making everybody happy.True professional employers

Staff - amazing, friendly , helpful and free shuttle to sanur was fantastic , can’t fault them. Breakfast was great, the French toast yum Swim up pool to rooms was special, great memories and fantastic accommodation.

Unfortunately, we wish we had no negatives but the noise from the road made it very hard to sleep. When I say road noise… wowza scooters and cars going all night and it’s very loud like your on an f1 race track all night (sorry) it can’t be helped and the hotel is special and fantastic but it’s a bit far from the beach and quite noisey, but good value for money.

The pool is amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Villas are just like the pictures, clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were very yummy, and they even do an optional floating breakfast in the pool.

It is located on a main road, so not safe to walk anywhere from your accomodation. However, the accomodation provide a free shuttle into Sanur every 3 hours, and catching a bluebird taxi back was easy. No dinner provided at the accomodation, but there is a Vietnamese restaurant next door that has amazing food.

This property is a hidden gem! Brand new villas and everything smells new. The staff here are exceptional. Very friendly and can’t do enough for you! Free cappuccino’s! Yay!!!

Can be a little bit noisy from the bypass during the day

First of all, from the bottom of my heart, I would love to thank Abian Klumpu staff for an amazing experience of staying at their facility on my first trip to Bali. My deepest thanks goes to manager Asti, Ayu, chef Nengan, Bima, Putri, Priska, Virda, Edi, Mehindra, Yoga, Harmini, Desi, the engineer/maintenance man….and many others (please forgive me if I forgot the names). The service and care at Abian Klumpu is 5+ star, above and beyond. The staff are so kind, caring and compassionate. Immediately, upon my arrival at midnight, Sunday, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Bima, who smoothly processed my accommodation and welcomed me to a very beautiful room, where I could rest and recover from the flight. The next day I was warmly greeted by the manager Asti, who is so kind and that evening organised a complementary dinner at the authentic Indonesian restaurant Akah/Sanur. And as part of the service, Bima dropped me off (and later picked me up) to this beautiful restaurant. The service at the restaurant was perfect, and I would like to thank the manager of the restaurant Ketut for serving me and suggestions of local specialities….Paket Sate & Gulai Babi…pork on a skewer, rice and soup. I absolutely loved it and went there a second time at the end of my trip. Special thank you and appreciation goes to Bima, who was so kind and went above and beyond with his service. Not only did Bima do what’s within his work duties, he also volunteered on his days off, and came with his scooter to take me to the local shops. This was special experience. Thank you Bima 👍 I would love to thank Putri, who is so caring for the guests. When I was out for dinner, Putri ensured I came back safely to the villa. And then, as it was my birthday trip, management surprised me with a birthday cake upon return. Thank you Asti, Putri, and everyone. Also, I would love to thank the chef Nengan, who served me with some special food upon request, especially Miso soup and Bento.

Room 2 is right next to the kitchen, and in the mornings, there will be a noice from people serving breakfast. I am okay from waking up early, but those willing sleeping in, may find very noisy.

Unique chalet-style villas in a small complex. Air-conditioned room with necessities - bathroom, tea and coffee, fridge, outdoor patio and very large comfortable bed. Free extras were fantastic - daily breakfast, all day tea and barista coffee, foot massage, 10 pieces of laundry, fruit bowl and snacks, and shuttle into Sanur several times a day. Numerous staff available at any time and provided excellent service, always with a smile. On-site lunch available if guests want to stay around the pool. Massages were great.

The staff were excellent and so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool was just perfect and we were lucky enough to have it straight outside our door. Also loved the area around the pool which I used every day to sit in the shade and do my diamond art craft and could just pop in and out of the pool. The staff were also happy enough to drive us anywhere in Sanur that we wanted to go to and it was cheap enough to get a taxi back. Also loved the Vietnamese restaurant that was right out the front.

The location. If we could have picked up the resort and put it closer to the beach it would have been excellent. When we first arrived our driver got out to car to look around because we saw the sign but couldn’t see any hotel. It was just a doorway next to the Vietnamese restaurant. It really needs a sign over the doorway. And we didn’t realise there would be 4 lanes of traffic out the front. I love going for a walk every morning but there was no way I was going for a walk out there. Also the pool needed to have a few hand rails around. The tiles were very very slippery. I’m in my 60’s and I had to work out a system for getting in and out of the pool. Had to use the chair .
