Great property for the money, beds not the comfiest but was grand enough. Building work was loud in mornings on a nearby apartment but isn’t the fault of this place.

Beds quite hard, no washing machine and the lift in a dangerous condition

The position was brilliant. 2 mins from the beach, 2 mins from the main road and bus stop. Close to the strip. The pool was lovely. The apartment was spacious as was the balcony. The bar during the day was lovely and affordable. Staff on reception and Christina and Angi on the bar were brilliant.

The sun loungers were not comfortable . You have to empty your own bins and purchase your own toilet paper which were not an issue but the floor was never swept though there was a broom and dustpan and a mop and bucket were provided.The sheets were changed on day 4 of a 10 day stay. The apartments have only changed hands 3 months ago so they are looking to improve everything.

Another great stay at Picasso - the property is up a hill but a lovely block of apartments, nice pool, good breakfast and friendly staff. There is a party hotel next door, but the music is not overly loud and it's only during the day and we quite enjoyed listening to it from the balcony. Only about a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the strip. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when we come to Benidorm!

Air con, parking and the safe were all extra charges - but the TV is free now and loads of available channels. Property uphill so if mobility is an issue maybe this is not for you.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The balconies are very big and the apartment very clean.The beds were changed half way through the week, fresh towels were left which were more than enough for the rest of the stay and unexpected as the price of our stay was very good for August

Excellent location. Spacious apartments. Pool small but plenty of room around and no problem getting sunbeds when we stayed in June. Everything seemed very clean and the apartment felt secure. Would stay here again.

The reception is not permanently staffed and can lead to problems collecting the key. We were OK as the barmaid got our keys from behind reception desk but a group of lads who arrived after us were waiting for hours for someone to arrive and get them their key.

Apartment was spacious. Lots of storage space. Quiet apartments. Clean and not too far from beach, shops and restaurants

Even though these apartments were quiet, you could sometimes hear noise from hotel next door. More to do with inconsiderate people than the hotel though.

Liked everything, large spacious apartments, spotlessly clean, everything we needed in the apartment including kettle, iron, and kitchen with large fridge freezer ideal for keeping ice and mixers for the drinks we had on our large balcony, there was a well stocked bar near the pool that we used a few times and drinks were well priced, we also ate breakfast there a few mornings and the food was nice the bacon and eggs were perfect thank you Juliana, the staff there are so friendly and a big thank you to the Manager Maria who cant do enough for you, will not stay anywhere else when in Benidorm

Nice apartment on the top floor with balcony sunny all day long. Comfortable beds and lounge, nice bathroom, everything very clean. Slight issue with the kettle on the first day was resolved wthin 5 minutes of reporting it!

Extra charges for tv remote, air con, fans and wi-fi. Never had this before in any apartment we've stayed in. Only one English TV channel (4) and an American news channel after paying 30 euros for the tv! Managed without air con or fan, but these should not be "extras" when similar priced apartments provide these facilities within the price.

Having to negotiate opening the gate with a mobility scooter, Having to pay for air conditioning and wifi, We didn't pay for air conditioning as we managed with the usb fans we took with us.

The size, location the host responded very quickly to any emails and was very accommodating. Our flight was late in the evening and we asked for a late check out and for a very low price we got the apartment for another day, Naria the host was great.

Nothing but it is up a small hill if you are visiting with elderly people and the surrounding hotels can be a bit noisy in the evening.
