Hotel is located in the middle of the action, though there is no noise at night. The staff is very friendly. The staff responsable for cleaning the rooms does a very good job. Overall the staff likes to smile a lot, so I felt really welcome. The poolview from the balcony was relaxing for the eyes. My stay was overall comfortable.

The rooms are a bit outdated and start to show some small defects like windows not closing anymore, a noisy fan, ... (no big defects, but only small). Hot and cold water in the shower are difficult to regulate, so it's like constantly changing between hot and cold. It's a pitty that the nice pool does not have a decent filtersystem. Although the pool is daily maintained by the technician of the hotel, you see a lot of dust on the surface of the water. Pool for me feels more to look at, than to swim in.

Located in the middle of Sosúa city life . Steps away from busy street Pedro clisante and walkable to playa Sosua and Alicia beaches . Service was excellent, pool was maintained well , wifi was strong , the onsite bar/restaurant had decent options . Not too noisy given that you’re in a very busy part ofthe city . I’ll go back here again if I choose to be in a busy area.

Could use a couple more plug points with USB given the number of gadgets we have these days .

This hotel is a true boutique. It's comfortable, relaxing and non-pretentious. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room exceeded my expectations: modern design for both the bedroom and the bathroom, very clean and comfortable. I also liked hotel's restaurant; the food is good.

Street parking. I motorcycle I rented was very expensive (Kawasaki Ninja 600). Having this motorcycle in DR is like having a Ferrari in the US. It's not the kind of motorcycle you leave on the street for the night.

I like the hotel and stuff overall. I like that stuff is doing its job politely and imperceptibly. The only thing I don't like and I don't tell you names because I encountered with this everywhere was that people don't keep their word. They tell you one price from the very beginning and after that easily change it. But that is just a small drawback.

Nice, clean rooms with great security. Housekeeping was excellent each day!

I think the snacks and drinks that came with the room (you use you pay) were unnecessary. Cheaper options are available throughout Sosua... plus I needed the refrigerator space for my own food & drinks. In addition, think about adding a small microwave oven in the lobby area !!

I like how the room had hot water and that the water pressure was amazing best water pressure and temperature I experience and all my time coming to sosua

I didn’t like how the candy in the room was melted and tasted funny. I did suggest to the staff to put the candy in the refrigerator into customers check in that way the candy stay cool and fresh. It’s just a suggestion

A great place to stay in Sosúa. For a traveling couple, we felt like we were splurging a little bit. Comfortable and clean rooms. A nice pool, even thought we did not have time to use it. Two beaches are very close by. We were able to rent a motorcycle close by and go along the coast. The complementary breakfast was great for two vegetarians, and the welcome drinks were good and strong. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was excellent, the receptionist was amazing with her customer service from the moment you arrived. The Security was always on point during the stay and the Breakfast staff were excellent, especially the young lady. Amazing place and experience, thank you Team, I'll visit again.

This property was very clean, quiet, and modern. It’s close to the action, but once you enter the gates of the property it’s peaceful. Breakfast is included, and they even give you complimentary drink when you check in.
