Super friendly older gentleman at the desk when I checked in. He suggested several favorable restaurants and a couple I should not go to ha ha. Even the people at Walmart were super friendly compared to what I’m used to here in Florida. I will be back this summer for another day and I will definitely use the same hotel.

The staff was so nice and accommodating! The room and sheets were nice and clean! Breakfast had a good selection and the staff will even make the waffles for you! We really enjoyed our stay and I have nothing negative to say for the very first time after a hotel stay! Felt like we were truly welcome there honestly! It was our room/place and they were just there to serve you in whatever way you needed. Best stay ever!

It was quiet, comfy, and clean.

The parking on the backside of the building. I was afraid I was going to either hit the wall behind me or the cars next to me. Parking in the front was fine tho, it's a little more spacious in the front. The wash cloths and towels could be a little thicker, but they still get the job done.

Young man at the front desk who was actually in his 60s. He noticed from my info that I was in my 70s. So he said he didn't want me to walk upstairs. So he gave me a downstairs room which I appreciated very much. He needs a raise because he's still working at that age.Great shower water pressure.

This is our 2nd time staying here we love everything about it. It will be our go to hotel because we love that area of TN. The staff was so nice, the rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was great. Can't wait to plan another trip up that way.

We had a handicapped accessible room and it met all of my wife's needs. Handicapped parking was available just outside the room. Most places drop the ball where accommodations for the disabled are concerned. Its not really that hard to get it right. These accommodations got it right. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We make this trip twice a year and will likely stop here in the future..

The gentleman that checked us in was so polite and courageous that he saw it was hard for my husband to get around good, so he put us on the lower floor so he would not have to climb the stairs way the rooms were very clean and up to date also breakfast way very good .

We were very impressed and would definitely stay again. The hotel was clean and was convenient to everything. I would recommend this hotel and when we are back in the area will be staying there again.

Breakfast was very good with all the choices I wanted. The bed was comfortable and pillows were excellent. Managers and staff friendly, helpful, and courteous. The location was great.

Smooth and easy, location was convenient for my needs

Came in and made bed even though I had a do not disturb. Extended 1 day and upon return I could not get into my room without getting assistance
