This place is amazing. First, the apartment is beautifully finished and furnished. Everything is thought out. Never seems too grandmotherly or too trendy. It just right for a Greek Island. Second, the outdoor private terraces are an extension of your apartment, perfect for a breakfast or afternoon drink. Third, the staff. Both are wonderful, stopping by mid-morning to see if everything is ok. Fourth, location. Poros is a steep island. Immediately from the port you have to climb steps to get to the next level. And it keeps going up from there. Sto Roloi is on the first level up, making it a short trip down to the harbor or a quick climb further up the town. Right where you want it to be. Eating on Poros is a delight. Couldn’t recommend Rota, Platanos, Sokaki (by the harbor) and Dimitris, Old Platanos (up the hill) more highly.

Sto Roloi is an exceptional property - stylish, comfortable with friendly staff. I had the small studio house and it was well designed and equipped. I liked it so much I extended my stay. The location is excellent, very close to all amenities but on a street higher up from the busy waterfront. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the nearest beach called Kanali which has loungers and umbrellas and two restaurants.

Noise can carry up from the waterfront and there are sometimes large noisy groups of day visitors passing - but it’s still mostly quiet and very accessible.

Firstly, Florian met us at the port and helped us with our luggage. He had the biggest smile on his face every time we saw him during our stay. The cleaning ladies were super sweet and always cheery and smiley. The view is just fantastic and so relaxing, you can chill on a balcony with a Seaview whilst being in a quiet yet 3 minute walk to the action area. Everything was generally comfortable. We were a family of five, an extra bathroom would've been helpful but one was totally do-able. The location is a 10/10. Florian gave us all the recommendations for beaches and restaurants too.

We hit out heads countless times going into the kitchen because parts of the kitchen are too too low. But you have anything you need in the kitchen. I would say they could update some utensils but overall it was fine for 4 days. Fridge was clean and in good condition too. I would recommend putting a washing machine too 😊😊

Comfortable bed, interesting room with a carefully considered design, handy fridge and cooking facilities, good location, great staff assistance.

The wifi service was very intermittent throughout our stay and the barn-style bathroom door was somewhat difficult to shut from the inside. The door needs an interior door handle.

I loved the courtyard and private upper terrace, the garden, the location and the property had everything you could need. There was a lot of attention to detail. Being greeted by Florian was lovely and he and the housekeeper were delightful. Helpful and very friendly. Florian met me at the port with my luggage having stored it for me until my ferry arrived. Much appreciated.

Great location. Florianmet us off the hydrofoil and helped with luggage both to the property, and to our charge yacht on departure. Gave great advice on restaurants etc. Thank you.

The property is very beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable, the view is fantastic, the best breakfast was in the balcony watching the boats and the ocean. I wish I could stay a few more days.

Older character houses with alot of charm. Felt like a Durrell segment. Location, to Port, views & staff were fantastic. The island is lovely with some nice shops & good cafes & restaurants, 2 well stocked grocery stores, few nice shops. Beaches walkable & water was great. Lots of stairs & winding laneways to explore & get lost in village. Highlight for me was outdoor cinema on rooftop - fantastic!

shower at Little Tower could use revamp. Otherwise everything was great.
