near to expo porte de Versailles for Hyrox competition, good local amenities and view (not always clear) of Eiffel tower. room although a little dark decorated and too warm (no ventilation or cold air con) was clean and freshly painted.

No vegan options for food, couldn't sit at tables in restaurant if not ordering food, couldn't accompany daughter for breakfast without paying for another breakfast which wasn't vegan so couldn't eat most food on offer and wasn't paying €15 for few slices of bread.

Great atmospheric place, cool cafe with a view of the eiffel tower and great music. Good kitchen. Rooms are clean, exactly as pictured.

Questions for staff 1. No warning that you have to use a card to use the lift ( only gave 1 per room for 2 people) 2.The most unpleasant thing is the city tax. It was a surprise, but the receptionist said that the tax free will be fully refunded to the account as soon as we move out. Nothing was refunded immediately. At check out they said that the amount less 10 euros ( for 4 days) would be returned and only after 3(!) Weeks.

I loved the bar on the ninth floor, definitely something to check out. The menu is not too long but has a bit of everything, and the prices are reasonable for a view of the Eiffel Tower. The personnel working there were always super helpful and gave straight answers to any inquiry. The hotel is close to metro line 10, tram 3a, and several bus routes that take you directly to the city center or any part of Paris, for that matter, so it is súper well connected, even if it's in the limits of the city.

I would have liked to know that the hotel doesn't do cleaning daily, but only after certain days of stay, because it is an ecological facility (which is great!), but advertising it at the check-in would have been better to make sure we prepared for that.

We booked a standard compact for a couple and the room was good enough for 2 people. We got an Eiffel Tower view even though I didn’t request it .The rooftop did have a great view with a bar. We stored our luggage for free for 6 hrs after checkout .The place had AC and was clean. Small kitchen on the ground floor was cute as well. Bus stop is 3min away which takes you straight to and from Bercy . The staff are absolutely amazing!

Location could have been closer to the centre but it’s pretty much well connected . The sink in our washroom was clogged and it took couple of minutes for water to wash out after washing hands or toothbrush , which was a hassle .

Brilliant room, free room upgrade to a larger room which was very much appreciated. Air con and wifi were great, beds comfortable, bathroom functional. Breakfast was wonderful and the opportunity to sit outside was appreciated. The view of the Eiffel Tower was also great from the roof top! Honestly, we will stay here every time we visit now. Ignore the reviews that state it is far from the metro / public transport - it’s around a five minute walk to the tram and same again for the metro. All in all, brilliant stay and we could not recommend a stay here enough!!

The only negatives we can think of is that our towels weren’t changed (as this was an extra charge that we didn’t fancy paying on our budget trip) and that the roof top bar closed too early!!

The hotel was very easily accessible to/from the airport by the tram network in Paris. Hotel felt very new and great value for money. Our room was described to have an Eiffel Tower view which exceeded our expectations as it was a great view. Our room also had great sound proofing as there was a motorway/highway outside of our hotel which we couldn’t hear at all. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel offered us breakfast with our stay which didn’t cost too much extra and it had pastries, breads, jams & preserves and hot food also. We only ate the pastries but hot food did look very nice.

Only downside for us is the lack of pillows for our bed. Although it was incredibly comfortable we only had one pillow each. That is only personal preference as I like to have more support for my neck, however I’m saying this I’m sure if I asked reception they would’ve given me another one

The hotel is in a fairly good location, easy to reach Paris centre by public transport. Staff was very nice and helpful. The interior of the hotel is quite cool it seems quite new and cosy. I have booked a room with double bed with a view of Eiffel Tower and it is was worth every penny to bay that little bit more to have that view. I strongly recommend it. Waking up and going to bed and seeing the Tower every time is gives you that Paris spirit. The hotel is serious about their environmental friendliness, so no room cleaning for the first 3 days. The bin is quite small so by the end of the stay had to take some rubish out. However, you can order the service for extra fee if needed. The roof restaurant has amazing views and atmosphere in the evening and serves some nice reasonably priced food. Overall experience is great. My daughter also liked it. The room has good sound isolation and is clean and neat. Beds are comfortable. Room had no fridge, not sure if more expensive rooms have one ore not. Would stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful, shoutout to Warab, really professional and willing to help. The place exceeded my expectations, I only stayed one night for attending the expo, which is literally “behind the door”. Restaurant is super, food is delicious and well presented and breakfast in the morning was satisfying with French food (fromage and croissants and pains au chocolat just to cite the paramount). Oh I forgot to mention my room had a lovely view over the tour Eiffel! ❤️ I will come back for sure!

The hotel boasts a fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant and provides excellent transport connections, with nearby metro and train services (to Versailles for ex.). The room was notably clean and peaceful throughout my stay. Additionally, the electronically-operated blackout curtains on the windows make it possible to sleep comfortably even during the day. The room's table also provides a suitable workspace for laptop use if needed.

The room's utilitarian style feels somewhat stark and could benefit from a cozier, more inviting design. Regarding meals, the breakfast variety remains unchanged daily; a more diverse menu would be appreciated, especially for guests staying for an extended period. Additionally, important note for travellers: the hotel's location in a newer development area lacks the charm of historic architecture typically sought after.

We especially liked the location. Even though the hotel is a bit out of the city centre, it is very easily accessible with a bus or a metro. The location is safe, nice and quite calm compared to the chaotic centre of Paris. You have some nice bars and restaurants nearby and even at the top of the hotel there is one restaurant with a nice view over the Eiffel tower (the food there is average).

There was soap missing in the toilet, but other than that, everything was fine. :)
