The location in the center of city is very good, plus free private parking. That is very valuable. Walking around the hotel, you can find plenty of coffee houses, bakeries, and shopping centers. Citadel is 15 minutes' walking away. the lobby is spacious, and the staff speak very good English and very helpful.

It is difficult for them to find place to offer free parking in the very center of city----so it is a bit difficult to find the signs for the underground parking garage. You need to pay attention at the hotel door to find the sign, and follow the sign----and while you are looking for the sign, the narrow street has many other vehicles behind you. Once you find the garage, it takes some skills to drive in it to park, since the space is narrow.

I had stayed there before the COVID pandemic and I have to say they have kept the hotel in prime condition. It is perfect for a brief visit to Ioannina, while staying at a very central location.

As it is a hotel, the rooms provide only the basic amenities for its visitors, so no stove or kitchen utensils. But all the rest was there to make your stay an enjoyable one.

- Good location in the centre of the city. - No luxury but very solid hotel, good cleanliness. - Round the clock staff, I arrived late and had no problem. - Came at a competitive pricepoint.

- Soundproofing rather poor - paper thin walls (and I had rather noisy neighbours) and noise from outside as well. I wouldn't have coped without earplugs. - I asked for a non-smoking room and got one with an ash tray... Luckily didn't smell, but be prepared that the property isn't non-smoking.

Room was clean although quite small. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful both checking in and out. Location was very good and bed was fairly comfortable.

If you stay, try not to park your car in the free underground parking. If you car is much larger than a Volkswagen Beetle, you will have an interesting time. It is narrow with lots of concrete poles and tight turns.

The location is great! Close to everything, you can walk and visit the town, and it is downtown so it is perfect to go out in th evening or go shopping during the day. Parking is offered by the hotel, which is great as it is in the city center. The room was decent to the price and comfortable to stay for a city visit for a couple of days, it was very clean though the construction is not a new one.

An excellent location for walking to the restaurants and tourist spots of Ioannina. The car park is a valuable asset, as long as your vehicle is no taller than 1.75m. My ensuite room was small, clean, and had a balcony. Bonus points for having an elevator and an air con that was fully functioning!

The joyless member of staff on reception made check in a chore.

Easy and fast check in and check out, convenient location in the center of Ioannina. The room was comfortable and clean, and even though located in the center, the noise from the streets didn't really bother inside the room when balcony doors were closed.

Bathroom could benefit from little renovation but overall the room is still good value for the money.

The parking has specific opening times (check with the reception) and may be tricky with larger cars. The hotel and rooms are very basic but very reasonably priced and no breakfast was included (not an issue for me). The bathroom was a little too small.

Excellent choice for a short stay at Ioannina. Located at the city center with several cafeterias and patisseries nearby. It is at a walking distance (5 min) from the restaurants at "Averof street" and about 10 min from the lake. The rooms were very clean. The personnel was very friendly and willing to help.

The shower was too small and the bed mattress to stiff (it is a matter of taste!)

Great location - all around was in a walking distance. Small but clean room, available parking near by. Staff was polite and helpful. AC in the room.

It was not quiet at all. Busy street near by and constructions were in progress in the neighboring property. Fridge in the room didn't work.
