The host was nice and check-in was easy. Room was very spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. Wi-fi worked well. AC (once we got it to work) worked reasonably well. It is not too far from center of town (with bust stop), just around 5-10 min walk, but thanks to being on the outskirts there were no problems with noise. The whole house is nicely decorated (it is kind-of art museum/shop, and so are the rooms.

The floor in the room was quite uneven in some places, and floor plates were not always on the same level, making it easy to hit your toes quite badly. Smaller issue was that AC was not very easy to control and we had some trouble getting it to work. It is quite easy to flood the rest of the bathroom as there is no shower-curtain.

Located just 5mins ride to the Sukhothai Historical Park and all the shops, lake...temple. property is facing the moat at the gate wall of the Ancient city, which was pretty quiet and peaceful. Host was superb and friendly, she tried her best to cater to my need. Free bicycles provided for guests to use, is really a bonus and the best for me...i ride the bicycle everyday exploring the anvient city and the historical park. On my arrival, the host actually gave options of 2 rooms to choose, and I settled for the smaller room since I was travelling alone. On 2nd day, I was bitten by a dog during my bicycle.ride. The host offered to take me to clinic, which i refused since it was not that serious. She then gave me some medicine and I really appreciate her help and concern. Being a single traveller...having a caring warm host is something I will never forget.

This is the most amazing place to stay!!! It's a an art gallery, beautifully decorated with some very interesting pieces of art. The room was seriously big, comfortable, water and coffee provided. The location is superb!!! Only a short bike ride from the historical park. The bike was provided by my host and Loi Krathong was in full swing while I was there. What an amazing experience to be part of this festival among thousands of people celebrating! The bike was also nice to get away from the crowds every now and then and explore the surrounding area. The owners were absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond to messages in the booking.com app, which made communication very easy. Also handy as a translation app ;) Very helpful also with regards to my onward travels: urging me to get my bus ticket 3 days in advance (very sensible advise!) and even going out of their way when I could not find accommodation in my next location. They used their powers to find me one and even advanced the required down payment for me. Wow! All in all a great experience in a very special place during a very special time!

Nothing, I just loved having this place as a base in Sukhothai! Couldn't have been more perfect!

Owner is very nice and friendly. The room was big with fridge and kettle what was very nice to have in the room. They provide bikes for free. We used them also in the evening because the accomodation is at the edge so you need to walk on a dark highway, there are no people so we didnt feel very safe just walking around mostly because of the dogs (we were 2 girls). But location is very good, 10 minutes walk from Historical Park, shop and Bus station.

The room is huge, spotlessly clean, and airy with much natural light. It has authentic Thai décor around the very comfortable bed. Free use of the functioning bikes is a huge bonus (especially when Sukhothai is such a pleasant, leafy town to bike around). The host is kind, courteous, and super helpful, who goes an extra mile to help.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Bicycles are available to guests for free, and very handy to roam around the archaeological site.

It would be great if the BB offered breakfast, as the closest alternative options are a 15 min away on foot.

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the historical park and the bus station (of the historical park). Very friendly and helpful owner.

The location was nice and we got to use the bikes for free. If you arrive with a car, there is a parking spot next to the reception. Good value for money.
