Very nice hotel with perfect location. Wellness, which was included, consists of two areas - swimming pool and wellness area. There is a lot of sauna options as well as hot tubs. Breakfast was perfect. We only stayed for two nights but there were completely different options to eat, which is perfect. Parking is included.

We had really noisy neighbors in next room, which were really loud till late night, but after calling reception they told them to stop. Also in our room there were locked doors which led to another room. The gym area is quite nicely equipped, but the equipment is really old and it could use some restoration (treadmill had big hole in it). There is a bowling in the hotel (not included) but it is located in the basement without AC, so it is super hot.

The facilities were very nice and clean, the wellness area is amazing and the hotel room was good too. We enjoyed the food very much and the staff in the dining area were friendly.

At check-in at the reception the staff was quite unfriendly. Apparently I skipped in front of one person who was waiting for check-in, because I didn’t see her at all, and I didn’t mean to do it, but both the woman I skipped and the woman at the reception made unfriendly remarks and made me feel uncomfortable even though I really had no way of knowing that someone else was waiting there and I didn’t do it on purpose at all. It was a bad welcome to the hotel, I would have expected better from the staff in a 4 star hotel.

Buffet breakfast was delicious, some local and the usual international items. Fruits are super nice. The A-B-C building would not make too much hassle. The Spa is massive and super high quality, having been able to regenerate muscles after a whole day hike made a great difference for us. I wish we have tried the sport activities as well. MAybe next time? The evening piano music at the bar is greatly appreciated!

The silent room intended to recover after sauna sessions would have enough beds if people were not allowed to reserve one for themselfes with towels or by any other items. The room been very often nearly empty although not being able to find a bed not reserved. I believe this is very uncecessary move. Also maybe the complete clean feel of the shower tray was achieved not having calc in them.

Beautifully located in the middle of Vysoké Tatry, close to the lot of valleys and peaks and also walking access to Starý Smokovec, center of Mesto Vysoke Tatry . Hotel is equipped with first class fitness facilities, enormous pool and complex of saunas is just unbeatable, F&B has several outlets but , most notable Slovak restaurant Vista with amazing menu and very professional kitchen and wait staff . I’ll never forget superior Breakfast buffet service. Front desk, pool and housekeeping personals were above average level.

Bar had closing time at 10pm, too early. And also was not flexible to accommodate cocktails requests. For example bar had sufficient liquors for cocktail Negroni , but because accounting , inventory and check creating reasons bartender was not able to serve this type of cocktail…….

This was the best holiday in the Tatras! We thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome, everything was top notch - great food in the restaurant, rich breakfasts, awesome dinners. The waiters in the restaurant were very professional and always smiling, any request was resolved instantly. The spa is beyond praise, a cool huge pool, 2 jacuzzis, saunas, clean, pleasant smell + a beautiful view from the window, as well as warm water in the pool. Very beautiful modern rooms, cozy, everything is clean and there is everything you need and even more. The location is very convenient - 5 minutes walk from all the attractions and entertainment. And most importantly - very quiet, next to the forest, we were finally able to get a good night's sleep. We were with 2 children 11 and 13 years old, the children were also delighted, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel for a family with children in the Tatras. We also had a small Chihuahua with us, if you have animals, they will really like it there - there is a large area next to the hotel where you can walk with your pet. I liked the huge free parking at the hotel. There are also additional entertainments, for example, we went to play bowling and were satisfied. Special thanks to the pianist in the hotel lobby, it was very nice to listen to live beautiful music in the evening after dinner. We travel a lot, we have a lot of experience, my wife is a travel agent, and we can confidently say that this is the best hotel in the Tatras for our family. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, from now on we will be your regular customers.

The hotel is close to the nearby hiking routes and has a huge variety of facilities: an enormous pool, two jakuzzis, several saunas and steam baths. Not to mention the squash, bowling, gym, etc... You could easily spend a few days just at the hotel. What we really liked is the long opening hours of the whole wellness section: we could relax there early in the morning as well as late in the evening. The room was also great: a little smaller than anticipated but spotless clean, very quiet and had a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was good, but dinner was OK at best. With the exception of the chief steward, the rest of the staff seemed unfriendly and unmotivated: once we could not order any drinks, because no waiter approached us during our dinner. We were really looking forward to taste some Slovakian specialties, but the dinner lacked any of it. Also, the hotel itself seems a bit outdated: the rooms are nice but the common areas are not really welcoming. We chose the hotel because there was a last-minute 50% discounted price, and believe it was more or less OK for that price. We definately would have been dissatisfied if we had paid the normal amount. You can find several hotels with better price-quality ratio in the High Tatras region.

We liked hotel and especially SPA, so I prolonged our stay for one more night. But the next day when we came in the SPA at 20:40, they said they are closing and didnt let us in (day before spa was open until 22:00). So I hoped to visit spa in the next morning, but they said that next day it is sanitary day in the SPA and it opens at 12:30 (after our check-out time). It was very disapointing because I paid exactly the same price for the second night and cannot use SPA after long day of hiking. SPA working hours and sanitary days are not presented anywhere, so be aware that in some occasions you cannot use spa.

Location is great. Room very spacious with fantastic view of mountains.

I only had one issue, since I requested to accommodate a fifth child in the room whem i booked. No response was forthcoming, only to be told on arrival that I booked for 4 persons. Having said this, the reception made all necessary arrangements to sort the issue, but it would have been better had i obtained feedback in advance.

Perfect location, comfortable room, tasty food although the selection wasn’t very wide. The pool is OK but nothing special. Good wellness center. Bowling was nice but otherwise there’s not much to do with children. The kids club is just a room with bunch of toys and a TV, animation team works just from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Rich breakfast buffet. Great spa with jacuzzi, saunas and a large swimming pool (and a small pool for children) with resting chairs and beds having great panorama through the large glass windows. They let us drink the cocktails (from the bar next the pool) in the jacuzzi which was a really nice feeling. Many options to spend free-time (table tennis, tennis, billiard, bowling). The room had a nice mountain view. We received a bottle of welcoming wine, a nice gesture. The downtown was a comfortable walking distance.

The room was a bit small for the three of us.
