Nice room. Perfect size. Nice seating area in the lobby. The kitchen and front desk staff were pleasant.

The fitness room could use a fan or two. Very little ventilation. The liquid soap in the dispenser under the shower head was empty. (I used the bar soap at the sink.) There was also a long strand of reddish blonde hair in the shower stall. On the toilet paper stand, there was toilet paper that was at least three quarters gone when I arrived on the first day, and there was only one additional toilet paper roll provided. Feels like more attention needs to be paid to details regarding the bathroom.

I loved the comfortability of the bed. As well as the over head shower and water/ice station. I loved the sleek design of the over all interior of the hotel too. The light switches were a bit confusing- but at least they were bright where we needed them most.

I did not like that the shower did clog at my stay, and nearly flooded the bathroom floor. I was able to fix on my own. I was very confused when the tv was on when we left for a while- but that was not to big of an issue either.

People at front desk were very helpful. I liked the modern look, nice rooms, lobby, and beautiful patio area.

When I booked my room I purchased your Breakfast PKG. the waitress wanted to charge for our breakfast $14.95 each then she said $10.95 each. We only had coffee and pastry. I went to front desk to complain and verified that our breakfast was included, it was. She backed off. She was very annoying!!

The room was clean, quiet, and very spacious. The hotel was located near many good restaurants.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was too soft. The AC was set to auto so often either the heat or the air conditioning was blowing. The shower was large and had both an overhead and a hand held shower head, but the water pressure wasn't great. Nothing was really horrible, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the refrigerator. The staff were so nice to me and my son!

The payment. When I went to book online it was one payment but when I checked in the next day the payment double by $40 on top of an incidental fee which wasn’t a problem but I wish it is stayed that there will be extra charges.

The property was very clean and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special.

The air conditioning in the room had an auto shutoff feature that I didn’t fully understand how to bypass but it stayed cool for the majority of the time.

They couldn’t find my name through your booking agency ao we were panicked for about 20 min at check in. You had put my last name as my middle and last name “claire winford” instead of “winford”. Thankfully the manager figured it out

Very nice spot! Great employees as well! There are plenty of places that you can walk to around there so there’s really no need to drive anywhere lol Loved it!

There were a few pieces of hair in the bathroom. It just needed to be cleaned up a tad bit better in there. Other than that, the room was amazing!

I loved the location and the ambience it had!

There were a few damages in the room upon our arrival, but we notified the staff and they took care of us immediately!
