Easy in and out parking, comfortable bed, great shower, good breakfast, excellent host (Sara). Very accommodating . Private bathroom.
We were in the bedroom to the right of the fireplace. Noise from living room tv would keep us up if we went to bed before 10 PM. By 10:30 PM all was quiet. We stayed for only two nights so didn’t want to unpack our suitcases but there wasn’t a space (I.e. luggage rack) to put your luggage so it could be opened up and quickly accessed. Recommend removing the chair and putting a luggage rack in its place.

While not real close in to town (Clifden), the location was perfect (and central) for being a ‘home base’ from which to sightsee. The Connemara area is delightful. The ‘creature comforts’ were lovely (heated floors in the en suite!), and laundry facilities were made very available. Sara and Malcolm were wonderful hosts, giving us many ideas for our sightseeing adventures. They were also very ‘available’ to meet whatever need we might have. Loved getting to know them!
While the breakfasts were delicious, ample and quite filling, it might have been nice to vary the menu a bit more (our stay was five days long and we had pretty much the same menu each day, though we could vary it within the same options, which we did somewhat). While our hosts always made us feel welcome to join them in the lounge, while we were on site we stayed in our room quite a bit of the time, which was good-sized, but had only a couple of cushioned folding patio chairs at a bistro table (which was handy) for seating.

Beautiful scenerey, lovely hosts who really went out of their way to make each guest a terrific personalised breakfast and also had good advice as to where to go and what to see. Pretty spacious room and bathroom en suite. I for instance have to eat glutenfree because I have Coeliake's desease and there was no problem at all. Really great! Thanks again!
There was nothing we did not like. Breakfast was between 8.00 and 9.00. That might have been just a little bit later, not having to set the alarm is always a great part of a holiday. On the other hand, we had a fine long day to see the country....

A practical B&B just outside Clifden. Very friendly hosts. The breakfast is freshly prepared. The room was good but not exceptional.
Some of the furniture is a bit dated, and it shows. The common room is also the host's living room. Our bedroom door was directly adjacent to the room, which made privacy a bit difficult.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who were very re-assuring with offers of help when we had some car problems. Opulent, high quality furnishings. Good quality cooked breakfast. Quiet, clean and comfortable in an excellent location for exploring the Connemara area. Highly recommended!

Loved the location. Quiet and private. Parking off road for our car. Cycle path nearby. Lovely stylish cottage. The bed was so comfortable and we slept great at night. The breakfast was very tasty and had a lovely selection of food. Our host, was on site to deal with any questions and was very informative.

A very warm welcome. Sara and her husband are very friendly. The location close to a road had us a little worried when we booked, but the B&B is in fact very quiet, the room large, comfortable and very well equipped. Breakfast is excellent and copious. The location is perfect, close to Connemara National Park and other superb sites. I recommend this B&B.
