In my case the property had perfect location as it was minutes of walk from the place I had to have a meeting. It is situated within the new Boulevard and access to the sea is just a 5 minutes walk. The place is new, clean and well maintained! The staff super friendly! Breakfast included in the price was good and offered a variety of food.

The only disadvantage is the view from the windows, but given the wild construction going on in Batumi, not a surprise at all. In the end the property is not guilty for that. One minor thing: if you rely on google maps, make sure you look for the actual address and not the name of the hotel, since the latter is not yet on the maps and you could be navigated somewhere else, in my case in was another “New Wave”, luckily the same family of hotels, so they guided me to the proper place.

The main fear for us was the construction work around the hotel, and we were afraid to live in a noisy room. But the noise isolation is really good and we didn't feel ourself nonconformable. There were no problems with waiting for the elevator, as in some high buildings in Batumi. The room is small but very well organized. If you need cooking utensils you should ask the staff. Also it isn't equipped by clothes dryer but I think it's also possible to ask from the staff. The breakfast is good and quite various. Don't forget to order the omelet:)

The concept is fantastic, with small apartments that have everything you need: new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen (without kitchenware set), a new Android TV, and laundry facilities. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the location is excellent, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, with Carrefour less than a minute away. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to the housekeeping team for their wonderful attitude and for providing everything I needed and more.

The staff is really professional, the cleaning was done really well. The location is central to the beachfront, and facilities are good and new.

Despite having many options, the breakfast was disappointing. The bread wasn't fresh and the butter was a margarine. We mentioned it to the staff but it wasn't replaced. The double bed is not double, it is 2 single beds put together. We as a couple struggled a bit as it was constantly moving and making a gap between 2 of us.

New, clean room. Bed is very comfortable, room and balcony were spacious!

When we booked a hotel, we paid in advance extra money to have early check-in and breakfast (after long early flight). When we arrived early in the morning, girl at reception refused us to have a breakfast( There is a huge construction going on around the hotel, if this doesn't bother you, then overall the hotel is very decent

Nice hotel for a short stay. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was lacking variety, but still nourishing. The room is clean and has everything necessary. We stayed in executive suite and the room even had a kitchen with a stove top and mini fridge.

The construction trash around the building was ruining the view, but it’s not critical at all.

We really liked our room. It was clean, big and well equipped. Staff were nice and helpful throughout our stay. Location good, it's close to the beach (3 minute by walk) and you can rent there bike/electric bike to explore surroundings a bit.

In the surrounding area there are some buildings under reconstruction, so don't count with the nice view.

outside of the hotel: 1 the enterince is far from the street and not comfortable. 2. there is no view at all as the hotel is stuck between high buildings from all 4 sides.
