The hotel staff was fantastic. All praise to everyone (reception, concierge, restaurant staff, pool staff): excellent hospitality was provided. Location of the hotel is great. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

Unpleasant smell / odor in the corridor at our floor, unpleasant smell / odor in the bathroom. Matrasses of the beds are a bit too hard (but that is personal preference) Swimming pool is too small for the size of the hotel. At the time we were at the pool (saturday around 16:30h), there were 6 pool beds and few chairs for more than twice as many people at the pool - not very convenient. Quality for the price could have been better. To our taste, its more a 4 star than a 5 star hotel

I stayed at a hotel in Luxembourg City Centre and would describe the experience as just okay, especially considering it’s marketed as a 5-star property. The biggest advantage is the location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. That was definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff was generally polite and professional, but nothing particularly stood out in terms of service. I’d call it “ok” rather than exceptional, especially when you expect a bit more at this level. The hotel itself felt a little dated and not as refined or luxurious as you'd expect from a 5-star rating. While it was functional, it lacked the charm or design you'd hope for in a high-end stay. Price-wise, I found it too expensive for what was offered. Adding to that, paying €17 per day for parking while already staying at a supposedly 5-star hotel seemed excessive—it felt like something that should have been included or at least more reasonably priced. Overall, the stay was fine, but the value for money just wasn't there. If you're paying 5-star rates, you should get a 5-star experience—and this fell short in a few key areas.

A real 5 star hotel. Extra mile staff. Products in the bathroom are 10/10. Lift is fast. Never seen such a “connected” hotel room. Everything can be controlled from the bed, thé entrance, the bathroom. Toilets are Japanese and electronic to adjust position. We live in the future! ;) I have to come to luxembourg and I think this will become my go to place. The big plus: walking distance to Pierre Hermé to get amazing macarons.

A bit long the valet for the car. Poor guy is alone and it does not seem under perfect optimization. In another 5 star hotel, they requested guests to mention they want their car back at least 30 min before so that the valet has the time to organize the logistics. It may be a good option here.

A genuine 5 star luxury hotel. Lots claim to be this but not many actually are ! The staff are polite and always helpful. Always available without being intrusive. A beautiful room with comfortable bed, touch lighting and all you would expect like room safe, minibar, tea & coffee making etc Effective air conditioning and windows that can be opened. Bathroom was perfect and even had a heated toilet seat ! Convenient garage below the hotel and concierge service upon arrival and departure. The housekeeping staff did a comprehensive job too. My wife used the spa and she said it was excellent. A brilliant stay, thoroughly recommended, hope to return. Can’t comment on the breakfast or restaurant as we ate out in the old town.

Nice size room and very nice healthy breakfast and the location was good with nice easy transport links. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxembourg. Staff were very helpful. Great hotel.

Impressed with the service, in my view it ticked all my boxes, carry on offering the great service I experienced at the hotel right from the good size rooms and comfortable beds to the nice food and ambience at the hotel.

Room was really spacious and so well-equiped with lots of electrical and charging outlets, all light switches were labeled, and with nice bedlinen and toiletries. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located to all in Lux city and places to walk, etc.

Breakfast was expensive for the value, but so much is expensive in Lux, so perhaps on par. More fresh fruit please.

All around, a lovely hotel. Room, bar, and restaurant were all excellent! Extremely thoughtful room layout and all of the little details in the room were excellent, e.g. closets with full-length mirrors on the door, heated towel racks at the end wall of the shower so that you didn't need to step out to get your towel, a non-fog mirror at the sink, and more.

Excellent location, comfortable room, clean, complementary coffee, tea, water. Nice toilet with built in cleaning and drying system, warm seats.

The steam bath and sauna are acceptable, but there are only few resting chairs, ( maybe 6 in total) available by the small pool. The SPA gets easily very crowded .

Amazing location right next to the park and the city centre, big rooms with comfy beds. We had our dog with us and they even left a little bed and bowl out for him, the room was very big so we had plenty of space.

Gym was slightly tired, although this is not a reason people come I guess! Just an observation in case people travelling like to work out.

Very spacious accommodation, both communal parts of the hotel and the room. Some nice touches (chocolate left on pillow in the evening), really lovely staff. Ideal location for everything in the city.

Spa/health suite a bit dated and not the same feeling of space there was in the rest of the hotel. But it in no way spoilt our experience. Probably a bit pricey compared to other European cities, but found Luxembourg pretty pricey across the board.
