We received great customer service at check-in with Steve. He gave up his own parking space as he was about to leave for the night. It was very busy and spots were taken. Steve also provided us with some clips to use on the curtains in the room to block out any light. Provided coffee in the lobby entrance is really good. This is a great location for visiting Yellowstone. It's just a block away from the visitor center and the park west entrance road. There's also lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The free breakfast isn't so great, but hey, it's free. There are other options nearby for breakfast. We liked a restaurant a short drive away on Madison Street named "Running Bear." Good food, service and you can get a bag lunch to go for your park adventure.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a full buffet style and they posted the breakfast menu on the wall for the whole week. the nice girl who maintained the breakfast line stayed on top of the items never letting the serving dishes run low. check in was easy and the staff at the check in was very very helpful with answering any questions in reference to the surrounding area or with any issues there. great place to stay, this was my 5th time in West Yellowstone and my stay at the Kelly Inn was the best and Kelly is by far the best inn to stay at, I will be back at the Kelly Inn next year and many more to come

The staff were amazing. From the moment we entered, we were pleasantly greeted with a smiling face. Check in was a breeze & the front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We requested a single King room & was surprised to find TWO king size beds (very comfy) with an abundance of pillows. The property is located perfectly right outside the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Breakfast was good with many options, & amenities were great. We loved that the hotel (first floor) had 2 entrance/exit doors. We were able to park right outside our room & exit through the rear entrance for everything. Made loading & unloading our luggage very convenient. Also, perfectly situated inside the city of West Yellowstone which made walking to shops & restaurants very simple. We were pleased to find the city police post directly behind the hotel, which made us feel very safe.

The only disappointment was with housekeeping. Although we had our do not disturb sign & deadbolt locked on our internal door, the first day we were there, the cleaning staff went out of the way to enter through our rear entry door. My husband has a lot of pricey work equipment he uses, & prefers not having anyone enter our space once we check in. If you are a light sleeper, be aware…we could hear people both above & beside us at all hours. Wasn’t a deal breaker for us, as we wore ourselves out each day & had no trouble sleeping through it.

The location is near the Yellowstone west entrance. They served a hot breakfast, but be careful, there are tour groups that stay at this property. They wipe out the buffet. The beds are comfy and the linens are good quality. The room was quiet and we appreciated the daily housekeeping. It was nice to have a mini-frig with a freezer compartment. Thanks for having individual shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap! Checkin was very quick with Derek. He did a great job of explaining the hotel amenities and recommended nearby restaurants. We look for hotels with guest laundry services, close to restaurants, free parking, and a refrigerator,

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location near the town center made it convenient to access various attractions. Additionally, there was ample parking available.

The breakfast experience was less than satisfactory. The dining area felt overcrowded due to a large group of tourists, making it challenging to find a place to sit. Additionally, the layout of the buffet area was cramped, leading to difficulty in navigating through the crowd. Overall, the design of the dining space appears to be inefficient and could benefit from better planning to enhance guest comfort.

We really enjoyed our time in West Yellowstone. This hotel was perfect for us and we would stay again. It was clean, great location and the breakfast was delicious. Also, we liked the fire pit outside and the hot tub/pool was opened late until 11pm.

The first night of my stay, my room was not cleaned (fresh towels/beds made). I had to check with the front desk which they addressed and had it cleaned that day. The rugs need to be updated in the hallways and stairwells. Had stains and a little bit of musty smell. Pull out sofa was really uncomfortable.

The location of the Kelly Inn to the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park and to the Tesla Supercharger (both literally blocks / walking distance away) was exceptional. The included hot breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs, Sausage link, roasted potatoes, pancake machine, and other assorted continental breakfast items) was above par and better than other hotels that provide the same type of offering. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and AC for a great night's sleep.

Website advertises more than twenty (+20) Electric Vehicle (EV) charger points (120 VAC) along the first floor of the hotel (outside) - the most for any hotel in West Yellowstone - yet there was not a single 120 VAC outlet along the outside of the building in which we stayed (Grizzly). For Tesla drivers (which includes us) we have the Supercharger within a very short distance, but for other EVs relying upon being able to charge, they would be stuck. The Kelly Inn advertising the EV chargers was a primary reason we chose this hotel over others in the area and to arrive to discover the building in which we stayed (Grizzly) did not have this ability was disappointing.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good each day. Property is well maintained, neat and clean. I haven’t seen even 4 star facilities having such services. Highlight of the trip was help desk support. Derek at the helpdesk shared all the details starting from food to must visit spots within Yellowstone National Park. Can’t thank enough Derek for sharing all the details and timely followed to check if any help or support required.

Nothing negative to say. Just one recommendation though, please have more varieties of veg breakfast options ☺️

Easy friendly check-in, Shamus gave good restaurant recommendations. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean, plenty of towels available and toiletries. Beds were super comfy. The pool was a great bonus, free parking too. Complimentary hot beverages available in the foyer all day. (the wife said the coffee was great) The free breakfast offering was plentiful and well stocked. Would not hesistate to stay here again when travelling in the area.
