First off I appreciate the flexibility when it came to me arriving at 1am in the morning and even though the restaurant was closed they still were able to provide me a meal at 2am. I also appreciate the flexibility when it came to extending my stay for a little longer due to a late flight. They accommodated me by putting me in another room. The staff is courteous, exemplary and whatever negative reviews people had, they clearly don’t appreciate good customer service. Also Salma and Achref were both the best especially for my first time in Tunisia

the hotel was very good, more than vlaued for the money and the staf was fantastic they tried to do thier best to make us happy they do everything even the things that not thier reponsibility, however cyrine the reciption was polite and fantastic in dealing with guests, she helped me alots finally surely I will book another time at this hotel when return to tunisia next time all the best

Hotel has a very nice view. Toiletries are incomplete. Service was good but needs to improve on providing a fast response to the needs of the guest.

Upon check out they want to charge us of something that we didn’t use, they should have a check list upon the entry of the guest to know what is in the room or what is not there. Also there is no phone to call reception in room 520

It was an excellent stay, I got a free upgrade to a studio which was very spacious and with nice sea view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were awesome. Early check out was not an issue. Private beach is really wonderful.

Cleanliness could be improved. Air conditioning was not properly working.

Very bad horrible breakfast and they charge you for the second coffee! Very bad the hole thing sadly I have to say and the problem is that you can’t make a booking without including breakfast so that’s bad

It‘s a very modern and new build hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I had problems with my balcony door, I was offered the nicest room in the hotel at no extra charge...: The Italian Suite. It was wonderful! The sea is right at your feet. I can only recommend this exceptional hotel!

Everything was great!

Staff was so friendly and so helpful ,m. From the first day to the last day of my holiday I didn’t see any staff with no smile . Espiciallu youssef and sarra was so welcoming . They made me fell like my own home . Big thanks to these two 🙏

They didn’t have amenities in the room, no cups and saucers for making coffee in the morning, yet there is coffee maker in the room. No robes or slippers in the room had to request yet still didn’t get them

The hotel is amazing, well located, white and shine, stuff is very friendly and nice, they are doing their utmost to make guests happy, thanks to Ashraf and Amal
