It was in an old typical Tuscan structure, so it had all the charm you would expect. The room was spacious and parking was available. Staff was very helpful and nice.

You could not control the air conditioner from the room, which was not noted, so it wasn’t until I had to go ask how to adjust the temperature that I was told this. The girl at the front desk adjusted the temperature but it never got cool in the room. Apparently the cooling system is in the walls and floors and takes time to cool, but it never did. I let the girl at front desk know the next morning and she was very apologetic.

Was extremely clean. The staff were super friendly! Lovely little place to stay. Nice chilled garden area to chill and have a drink in the sun.

I was in room 203. And the room above me had this horrendous toilet leak noise and for someone who needs peace & quiet to sleep, it kept me up my first night for a long time. Secondly, the breakfast was alright, would’ve been nice if they have hot food.

Easy to find, and great location for Chianti region, Siena, views and windling roads! The hotel does not serve dinner, but the restaurant next door does, same parking. Easy parking in general, easy to load/unload and then park. Good breakfast. Not warm, but some fruit, yougurt etc. Rustic charm, photos a little styled compared to reality. Easy check in /out. Small fridge. Internet so so in room, better downstairs. Garden room was ok for traffic, there is a larger road close.. Overall a nice stay on route (2 nights).

The hotel is very good for the travellers with a car, it is near the road, have free parking and just 10 minutes from Siena. The staff is very helphul. The room is comfortable, but small and without tea or coffee maker. The breakfast is very good, with eggs, cheese, procuitto, cereals and snacks, also a lot of fruits, pastries etc. Internet is good. Also it is a great restaurant with a very good food.

The staff was incredibly helpful and recommended places to see in Tuscany. Property was easily accessible by car and there were private parking lots for the hotel guests. Location and the scenery was definately a plus but the property itself was more beautiful than the pictures. Room was nice and clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing there were so many things to choose from. Definately a place to visit if you plan your trip to Tuscany!

We has an issue with the A/C: the staff couldn't help us when we asked which way we should turn the control to make it colder/less cold. We asked two different members of staff and got different answers. There was also a lot of noise from guests arriving home in the early hours of the morning- the sound went right through the walls.

Good value for the money, good location. The staff is super friendly and ready to help with any question or with a little late night bartending. The service really makes this place.

Central location, the road next to it can be noisy at times depending on the location of your room. The hotel wasn't super crowded at the time, still heard some noises from neighbors through the ceiling. Overall these are none-issues, I recommend the place!

Cozy location near Siena and Tuscany, great place for exploring the Tuscany wine country. A few nice local places to wine and dine in the More de Cuna down town area which is less than 5min drive (30min walk).

Afternoon evening options for hanging out were a bit limited. They have a bar, but no hors d’oeuvres or snack options. There’s a restaurant next door, but it’s a heavy dinner type of place.

I cannot state just how great a stay I had here. the staff were all invested in ensuring i had a great time, from checkin, to the cleaner to the restaurant staff who made me coffee when they were closed and refused payment) it was all a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble for them. definitely recommend 10/10. The room was large, the bed super comfy and the shower hot and lots of water. the lift made getting all my gear including a bike up to the room easy.

Lovliest staff . We loved our stay , warm and cosy you can have a drink anytime. Our room was large enough ...the wall was heated , we were here in December. Siena was 15 minute drive and a fantastic day out. Great restaurants nearby and next door . 10/10 . Great value for $$

Was close to main road , with traffic noise but not so bad .
