Service at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming:) & the place was insanely clean! Location couldn't be beat! Idk why I've never stayed here before but I do know I will be staying here again in the future:) very very happy customer here!

I thought there would be at least a basic breakfast included but nope just coffee:/ at least muffins or yogurt or fruit or something, can't be too much to ask imo. BUT there's a Starbucks literally next door so really I shouldn't complain:)

The location is wonderful. Just out of the way of busy traffic but close enough to get where you need in a short drive.

I booked a non-smoking hotel room, but it very much smelled like smoke inside our room. It was faint like it was tried to be covered up but i’m very sensitive to smoke smell. It was pretty late when we arrived so didn’t bother trying to get a different room. For some reason, we had no hot water. It was very cold both nights we were there. Not the biggest deal, just a preference for warm water.

I liked everything, our room was clean, quiet and inviting. The staff was courteous and was constantly checking to see if we were ok even before we checked in.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer!! We had a great stay in Texas at Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.

I have routinely stayed at this motel about four times a year. It has always been highly satisfactory and management has always accommodated me. I'll be staying in another couple of months.

I’d liked it, but not very much parking

The people that had a room up above me they kept walking back-and-forth and stomping their feet. I couldn’t sleep and it was very annoying.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The floor in the room was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel came back black.

Convenient to the highway and quiet at night. Clean and comfortable firm bed.

The shower pressure was kinda low but it did the trick. I'm a big guy so it was good.

The property was nice n clean room had all I needed

Parking lots small and cramped but overall nice stay

It was convenient and the rooms were clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

The door to my room had a opening at the bottom, and didn't look like it was closed completely
