The housekeeper communicated with us and met us at a pre-arranged time. I had requested early check in as wanted to decorated the house for a special birthday. The house is amazing and has everything you could possible need, including an ice machine! The beds were comfortable with nice quality bedding. Thirteen adults and a baby stayed for two nights and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery and the extra large dining table provided an excellent socialising space where we could all sit together.

We stayed on an exceptionally cold and stormy weekend and the house was cold on the first evening. Although the heating can’t be controlled by guests, luckily Jess messaged on the second morning to check everything was ok or if we needed anything. As we were staying with my 80 year old mother and 7 month old granddaughter, I told her we were cold and she brought an additional heater to us straight away. Great service, thank you.

I decided last minute this would be the place I would propose to my girlfriend, so I asked if it was possible to check in early, as we were going for a walk up to the lighthouse(where I popped the question). I received a very quick reply informing me that we could check in early and that we had our room upgraded. Also, we arrived to a very well presented bottle of prosecco for us to celebrate with. We have stayed in the garden room before and for a short stay it is fine. Very small but having a private outside courtyard is a bonus!

The housekeeping is not what it was! Checking under the bed to make sure we weren’t leaving anything I found 2 partially deflated balloons which I disposed of with out rubbish! Makes us question how thorough the cleaning is.

Love the location, views are amazing, lovely and peaceful up there. Beautiful property and surroundings. The Garden Room as its named is the part of the property we were staying in, was very cute with en suite, with fridge, and cereals and other breakfast items. There was milk and fruit juice in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The host was very nice lady who came to greet us. Plus its dog friendly with a fenced field for dogs to run in.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like as such. The only thing that I would have changed if I could was I'd have liked to have a sofa to relax on of an evening. We were in The Garden Room which is bed only with en suite. It wasn't particularly comfortable to sit on the bed all evening while watching TV and having a relaxing glass of wine. That's not to say I didn't enjoy our stay.

Great location next to South Stack, easy to find, nice view and small private terrace which gets the morning sun. Warm, clean and exactly as advertised.

Small room only really suits short stay. Would have liked the door code earlier than the day before as we were travelling with intermittent phone signal, but owner did provide details as stated and sent in email too.

A very cosy apartment with comfortable, big bed, lovely bedding, nice sitting room with open fire, great garden/sea view. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is good, hot and powerful, however the cabin is a bit small. Please note that the breakfast is NOT included even though it says so on the booking, the owner explained that he's trying to sort it out.. also I couldn't see any hairdryer so if you need one bring it with you :) overall a great weekend stay.

The location was fantastic. Lovely views and very peaceful and quiet environment. The building and area around is also nice. We noticed that there are other types of accommodations in this property such as Pods in the garden, a cottage, and for bigger families, the main building itself, it also looks like there is a new wooden/glass lodge being built .

Room was on the small side. We had a medium size dog with us, and it was a bit tricky to move around the room, for those who have a larger breed dog, it would be a bit tight. Okay to stay for 1 or 2 nights in this room.

The room was very cosy, and the host was so nice to us. We had to unexpectedly change dates and she was very accommodating. We stayed both at the Tan Y Cytiau property and the pods on the same ground and we loved our experience - everything from facilities, to friendliness, cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The room really delivered on the garden view - I woke up every day immersed in the green and surrounded by birdsong. Absolutely amazing. We've just left but we cannot wait to come back! Water pressure in the shower

Despite being surrounded by properties, it was quiet, and the garden and views made sure you felt you were in the coastal countryside. The bed was comfortable, and the provision of a patio set for inside as well as outside with all the cutlery and crockery you need for any meal was a great added touch. It was also a surprise to find breakfast supplies and a fridge, which was very much appreciated.

For a longer stay or a stay with 2 adults as opposed to an adult and child, I feel the room would be too cramped. The towels were a little on the small size, and perhaps a better colour would be more inviting, but this would be nitpicking as the place is so lovely and quirky. It did not spoil the enjoyment.

Beautiful property perfect for us and our dog, couldn’t ask for more with great facilities and amazing views, a fantastic stay and will be back in heart beat!

Perhaps materials to help start the fire would have been good but that’s being fussy! There is an adjoining door between properties that does allow some sound through but nothing to complain about!
