Room and bathroom were spaciuos and nice even if it was very hot insight compared to outdoor temperature, not sure why. It hasn’t been a problem though because we switched the air con on and it went way better. They had a breakdown of they hot water system so shower was a bit unpleasent the girst morning, but then they let us know via text and kindly told us to not rush to check out the day after. They also told us that if we required a shower, they could arrange it later in the morning in another room. There's a big parking space very close, just around the corner, but be aware that is not free Monday to Fridays before 6pm, if I remember well. Anyway, it's not too difficult to find a park around. Just one medium towel was available for the two of us, but not a huge deal so we didn't even ask for an additional one as we staid for 2 nights only. another minor suggestion: in the bathroom it would be useful to have a glass to hold toothbushes and toothpaste, besides something to put the soap bar on.

the room didn't have a wardrobe, just a chest of drawers which wasn't ideal since we were there for a wedding and had a suit and a maxi dress. we had to lay them on a chair.

We were upgraded to the 2 bed room apartment which was very new and very modern. More than enough beds 7 in total for our party of 4. A very clean and comfortable stay whilst visiting family. The owner was very flexible and easy going.

We were disappointed to be told there was no WIFI even though it states it as being included on booking.com. Also there were no cooking utensils pot, pans, chopping boards etc. I would recommend request an upper floor if possible as we were on the ground floor and when sat in the living room we were below ground level so not much natural light.

Great to have our own space. Nice kitchen. Everything was clean. Great it was dog friendly. Beds were comfy. Rooms were spacious. Living room was nice. Had WiFi. Bathrooms were great. Even better there was 2 bathrooms. The pub itself was nice and everyone we interacted with were helpful. Had a parking space right outside.

I know not the owners responsibility but there was quite a lot of cat poo outside the front door by the lavender which was a bit smelly. Would not put me off going again but worth picking up 😊

Lovely and modern, freshly refurbished and lots of space. Tea and coffee and biscuits given. Bathrooms were lovely. Big wide corridor felt very spacious.

Not enough towels, only 3 medium sized towels not full bath sheet for 4 people booked in. and no hand towel for bathroom or floor mat. Could do with mirrors in bedrooms and more lamps. Also another sofa as enough beds for 7 people but sofa for 3. Just felt so new and bit empty in living room-not much furnishings. Also no wine glasses so we had to drink from half pints!

We stayed in the Two bed cottage just up the road from the Dorrington. Its a lovely little cottage and ideal for a family or four people. Its very clean and actually looks like it has just been renovated. Bedrooms have ample space and the beds very comfortable. We all slept very well indeed. Nice cosy living room and very good kitchen area with bench dining table.. There is an outside area that can be used but as it was raining so much we did not get to use it. Good price for a family or four people.

Unfortuantely there was no WiFi at the cottage. The shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor whilst in use, so one has to utilise one of the towels as a floor mat. There was no seperate toaster but you can use the oven grill. Though you have to crouch down really low to watch your crumpets burn!! The parking space is a bit tight, and you have to swing out into the road so be very careful.!. We would still come back if we are over that way as it is a lovely cottage.

We’re hired the house that’s just just round the corner from the pub, and it is a fantastic location, off the main road with parking and very quiet.. 5min walk into the town and plenty of restaurants within a very short walk. House was so clean and is really well maintained.

Only one thing, would be great if there was some extra cleaning products like a bloom and dust pan, only as we’re 3 men working away, we get dusty and muddy so just want to keep it as clean as possible for you.

I booked 3 rooms for my family for us to attend a wedding in the area. All rooms were very clean and had lovely clean fresh bedding and towels for all guests. tv and tea and coffee facilities were greatly appreciated. air con was in our room and lovely to have when it got warm in the evening. it was the perfect location to the Main Street for breakfast and local amenities if needed. Staff were very helpful and messaged me before hand themselves, to notify me about parking, which was very handy as I don’t know the area. They were also very prompt in answering an other queries I had about breakfast, which although they didn’t provide was again great as they were able to inform me of all other options we had during our stay.

Wifi was very weak/not working sadly. Staff were informed and they said they’d try to sort it, but sadly it didn’t work for us. The only other thing was the bathroom was hard to turn the shower off as the button in the shower didn’t want to work for us and the cord was extremely short so hard to reach from the shower and as a result when turning off the shower the floor got drenched.

We loved the location, right in the middle of the village. Staff were helpful, rooms were very clean, tea/coffee etc in the rooms. Beds very comfortable. Customer Service - John responded to a query very quickly, excellent. More than happy to help. Car parking wasn't a problem and was free. We would stay again.

The staff were helpful on arrival, the room was better than expected, we had a comfortable double bed plus a spare single bed. We had air con, a tv & even a kettle and some tea. The bathroom was lovely too. Perfect little room! The noise from the pub wasn’t even a bother it didn’t stop us from sleeping so that was good :) lovely staff in the morning too. Who asked how we slept and let us out and wished us a safe journey home.
