It's a very serviceable and clean room. It's just across the road from a shopping centre including a Hyper Ü so getting breakfast ad anything else is easy.

This can hardly be called a 'woods' hotel. Although there are very nice woods higher up the mountain, it is in fact located in an industrial park with a highway running through it. The view from my room was hilariously a blasted industrial construction yard of some kind.

Good location to Cern, Geneva and Jura France. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with local patisserie supply and variety of items.

Automated coffee machine was just ok. Also parking is shared with very popular restaurant and was over capacity at night. It remained noisy with restaurant customers until 11pm closing. Service was adequate but front desk/security was too automated.

Breackfast was simple but complete. I understand that so few breackfasts tends to get hard to have variaty. There was a bit of all the essential. Works for me.

They had a bad sining on the the entrance: push the white switch on the left. Reality check: The switch was on the right and was black. Next morning when i was leaving i noticed that that sign was for the exiting no the entrance. They misplaced the sign for the entrance. It was a bit akward.

Room was comfy and bath/shower were nice. The breakfast buffet was ok; the evening buffet was really good.

We had a clogged shower drain our first night, and we had difficulty finding a staff person the following morning to help (desk not staffed 24/7). Once the manager arrived, he assessed the drain and moved us to a different (and larger) room.

On arrival at the hotel, the location in an industrial area, next to a cement factory and opposite a container storage area, didn't look very inviting. However, once we got to know the area better we found it an ideal location. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from a big commercial centre with many shops and restaurants and within 15 minutes to the border with Geneva by car. There is a bus stop at the commercial centre. The hotel and adjacent buffet restaurant is efficiently run by a friendly Cambodian family, a tasty buffet breakfast at Euro 12 is served daily. The choice of food at the buffet restaurant is enormous and of good quality at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable and have air-conditioning.

Nothing really to dislike. The only problem is with parking at the huge parking lot when arriving during peak dinner time when almost all places are occupied by visitors to the popular buffet restaurant. Outside of the peak time there is no problem with parking.

Good position for a business trip and stay in the Geneva area. The bus station for public transport to the airport and Palexpo or furthermore downtown Geneve is close by.

The parking situation in the evening might be tricky when lots of guests come to the Seazen Restauarnt which is next door.

Room and breakfast (12 euros pp) were very good, staff were attentive if met. Would we stay again is the Question - YES.

Travelling by motorbike, I had requested a secure location if possible, the auto response stated cctv covered the large free on site car park. On arrival the lady seemed confused reference cctv but cameras were everywhere, so didn't worry to much when locked to immovable post.

Comfortable location relative to the territory. I went to CERN for work, there was a direct bus 68, I got there in 40 minutes. There is a shopping mall within walking distance. Cleaning is daily, I'm not sure about changing the linen.

Not suitable for work, there is a table, but it is not big enough for this. Expensive breakfasts, but probably this does not apply to this particular hotel, namely to France as a whole.

The room was really neat, comfy bed and pillows and clean. Decoration was modern and surprisingly nice. Would highly recommend for people wanting to visit Geneva due to a much attractive price than swiss hotels, however bear in mind that the hotel location is quite remote and difficult to reach if you do not have a car.

The only con I can think of is that in our room the shower box glass is not well insulated on the bottom and water runs off to the bathroom floor if you don't leave a towel/rug close to the box door. Altough that would stop me staying there again in the future.

The restaurant from the complex is very good, with excellent atmosphere and service, good food and reasonable prices. The place was full of people but the service was smooth and efficient. Many smiles in that place, from customers and employees together.
