What an amazing place to stay for a golfing outing/vacation. Absolutely no need to leave the property! The staff is very nice and accommodating. I was happy to see they kept so much of the original Inn, in the remodeling of the facility. It makes you feel like you are part of the history of this place. Kudos to keeping the heritage in lieu of making everything look like every other new hotel.

They have only been open for a month - so they are working out the kinks. Having that said - there was no house keeping to remove/replace towels or to take out the trash. When you have food and or drinks in your room - it can get a little messy fast. I am sure they are working on it - until then, just be aware of it (as it was disclosed to us at check-in) Perhaps ask for an extra trash bag at check in - and then go and enjoy a round (or 2) of golf! You will not be disappointed.

I had to visit due to the passing of my grandmother and I wanted a place that was peaceful and comfortable from my 6 hour drive to get to my grandmother funeral the next morning and that is what I got when I arrived. Plus the staff was so kind when we got there around 1145 at night. I will come back for the peace and the beautiful view of the gulf course.

The view was beautiful

Newly remodeled and nice. We had issue with shower drain in the evening, but maintenance was there in a jiffy and took care of the issue. Very responsive. Great location. Beautiful view.

The window coverings are nice and new, but do not block out light from outside. I brought my eye mask. Neighborhood area is not pedestrian friendly. Narrow residential roads lead to property.

Rooms were immaculate and beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the room smell very nice. Really like the large walk in closet and the Kitchenette area. It was equipped with a sink and counter area plus a mirror behind it so someone extra could do their makeup. Tv was nice. Very big and clear. Behind our room was 3/4 the way finished but if you moved to the left of the porch and looked right the view of golf course was nice. Complimentary breakfast was minimum right now due to construction but was good. Plenty of parking everywhere.

I have no complaints.

Everything,,we go to Waynesville twice a year for the last 19 years always stay here. Staff is so accommodating. They changed our room as we wished. The housekeeping crew at golf view was fantastic.

Rates on golfing now..

Having read about the construction going on, our expectations were low, but our room with balcony overlooking a fairway with mountains in the background was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A mishap with our first room was quickly and professionally resolved.

Breakfast was ho-hum but it was free. Room was newly renovated and therefore very clean. Room was priced reasonably even though the property was going thru a reconstruction phase. As a single traveler, I felt very safe.

I wish I had known beforehand that there was a keurig in the room so I would have taken my choice in coffee. I took ground coffee which was useless. I have had a keurig for years but found that one hard to operate.

Location/golf course and staff!

Coffee makers in the room - however - they need to have coffee available in the grill in the morning during their off season. They have an amazing breakfast WITH coffee during spring, summer and fall

Very nice view ,clean and nice cabin feel rooms.

Golf was very price to rent golf clubs. My husband really wanted to golf but didn't want to pay $100.00 just for golf club rental plus price to play.

The warmth of the people working there is the very best part. We have gone there for many years.

It is getting a little pricey. We were quoted one number from booking.com yet paid another fee.
