All of it. Our room was perfect for the 4 of us with a big double bed and then 2 little beds made up for our children. The actual pub is lovely and inviting and the setting is gorgeous.

Very happy to recommend. My thoughts in no particular order, The Leaping Salmon offered an excellent breakfast and Sunday lunch. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A very good and convenient location.

No significant complaints. A mirror in the bedroom would have helped. A more discreet safety light - it was very green and bright through the night. Some information in the room about emergency contact and wifi code would have helped.

Great food, comfortable room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful location just on the edge of Dartmoor. Very nice breakfast in the morning

The bed was a little firm for those who prefer a softer mattress, and there was a slightly odd odour in the room though this was only noticeable when we first entered

There was no breakfast. I was informed by text the morning of my stay that the pub was closed from Sunday to Thursday which was a shock but given being a seasoned traveller I fed before arriving. The actual location was idyllic and somewhere I would pick on location alone

After being told that the pub was shut Sunday to Thursday very late on .I was also informed by text that the other pub in the village served food. Great. But of course the other pub was shut too- good job I eat en -route Pity because if the owners were more honest and you knew these things before hand you may still book. Not that it bothers me but no TV in the room

Location was excellent, room was very large and comfortable. Clean and all up to good standards. the pub downstairs had a good menu (staff very kind as it was also a busy evening) and Chef Ben was very kind and made us feel so welcome. He prepared us a very good breakfast in the morning. We loved the place

This is just me, I like firm pillows and the ones available were way to soft. I could have asked, and I am sure they would have had some available. It was only for 1 night so I was happy to take it as they came.

Lovely pub in a quaint little village. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was so comfy, and a view of the river made it special. Food was especially good Breakfast - There was a good choice and the full English set us up for the day, our evening meal was really tasty and well presented. The dog loved it too. ❤️

The food was delicious. The restaurant was cosy with a wood burning stove. Well situated overlooking the river Walkham. Easy parking.

Our room was ok. Standard. I would suggest putting a mirror in the bedroom. Useful when using a hair dryer.

The rooms were simply and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy. Lovely spacious bathroom and everything was perfectly clean. There was music in he pub and as the room was soundproofed, we could barely hear a thing. Staff were so friendly and made us and the dog feel welcome. Food was lovely and beautiful presented. Met a few locals who were all genuinely friendly telling us all about the local area and routes to take to the moors.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room had a fine view over the river and it was clean and comfortable with the facilities we needed. We were visiting family in the village. The breakfasts were excellent and the host welcoming and friendly. We were not troubled by any noise from the pub below.

We had to be careful on the external stairs - that's our age - not much you can do about that! Otherwise there was nothing not to like.

We loved our stay at The Leaping Salmon. A very nice room, the sounds of the river just outside and warm and welcoming staff. Add to this the super food from Chef Ben and it really is the perfect place to stay. The menu had plenty of gf and vegan options, and even as a meat eater, the vegan falafel curry could convert me it was that good.

Nothing. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
