Comfortable clean and spacious.Everything you could need in the Bathroom and kitchen.Very convenient for the Alliaguna to or from Marco Polo. My appartment was located on the ground floor which was perfect for me as I am an 88 year old lady who is not so agile as I used to be.It would also be ideal for anyone with more serious mobility issues.There is only one bridge to negotiate between the appartment and the Grand Canal at Zaccaria. Also a very comfortable bed and tastefully decorated.Enjoyed my stay.

Perfect position for a base for exploring. Great sized rooms. We had a deluxe 1 bedroom and the split level apartment (lovely views from this apartment across the canal). They were both immaculately clean, and bathrooms were spotless. We used the sofa beds in both apartments, and they were comfortable. Both apartments were well appointed. The lift was appreciated by my mother. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and were prompt with their service. There is a canal out the front to get a private taxi from if required and a supermarket within a 2 minute walk across the canal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

No iron, ironing board, toaster, or laundry facilities (it would be good if shared laundry facilities were available)

Great location, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a 5-15 minute walk from San Marco square and San Zaccaria and very clean facilities. The hosts were very friendly and informative-they gave us a map to get to the location! The two bathrooms are a nice touch. I would stay here again, after minor issues mentioned are addressed. The key is electronically operated from a phone app which you install, but you can also ask for a physical key for entry.

I didn't like us having to collect the keys from a separate location quite a distance from the apartment, when we have been travelling from far away, it can be a bit of a trek with suitcases. The bed is not comfy and squeaks a lot (it is two single mattresses together and dips/move in the middle because of this. The kitchen is very basic, with minimal items.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable in a relatively good location to access the major attractions, close to good restaurants and an easy walk to San Marco and Fondamenta Nove.

We were not aware until contacted by the property that we would have to check in at another location, some distance from the apartment, and then having to make our own way to our booked accommodation at additional expense...or walk. Additionally, the bed (double) was on the small size for taller people...definitely not large double or Queen size. Bed was sized to fit the bedroom.

Located in the quieter side of Venice but still all the major attractions can be easily accessible on foot. The area felt safe. The appartment can be easily accessible from a water taxi and it's located within a short walking distance from San Marco. Closer to the appartment there is a gondola station ( Valantino is a great guy) and there is also a supermarket close by for picking up essentials. There are also some restaurants closer to the appartment provided an added convenience ( we liked Hostaria sul Ponte dei Greci) The apartment was very clean. It was beautifully designed, boasting a fully equipped kitchen and two modern bathrooms, with comfortable beds. Overall this appartment had everything we could have hoped for—comfortable, luxurious, and in a good location. It surpassed all our expectations, and we would definitely come again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Venice!

Location is really good, it is enough quiet and in the same time not far to the center

Some things in the apartment need to be fixed, like a shower or table. There was one moment - booking can’t charge you city tax. And you need to send bank card number and expiry date to the hotel. After this they are charged you city tax even without cvv code. For me all this process was a discomfort.

Al Bailo di Venezia is a very good accomodation in Venice remotly managed by the Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia. The apathment is fully renovated, in a very central part of Venice. It is very clean, the bathroom is fully renovated, the free wifi is excellent, the kitchen is very well equiped and the matresses and beds are very comfortable. It is quite spacious for up to 4 persons. I believe that the apartments with canal view are even better (we did not have canal view).

The remote check in is not convinient at all. It was impossible to complete it without asking for help from the hotel stuff by phone. Moreover we asked for early check in which was not possible therefore we asked to store our luggages, which was not also possible. The only solution was to carry the luggages to the Ai Cavalieri Hotel, which is not close. The day we had to check in it was raining all day in Venice, the water taxis refused to transfer us to the hotel and we had to carry the luggages with the vaporetto, leave them in a luggage storage spot, which we paid extra money and we had to wait until the regular check in time. I believe that the Hotel Ai Cavalieri should consider having reception services in the Al Bailo building.

Clean, spacious, nice bathrooms and kitchen, big bed. Two bathrooms which was great as we had an en suite and ten our son had a bathroom whilst sleeping in the lounge. Door to lounge so he could sleep in once we were up and about in kitchen. Daughter and partner had another apartment so we were able to go away together but have space. Enough chairs around table that we could all come together to eat. Plenty of restaurants near by. Excellent - would stay again

Door entry was temperamental but we were then given another way to access quite quickly. Slates missing from under the sofa bed but engineers came the next day with a temporary bed whilst they waited for parts to fix it.

The apartments were very spacious and well equipped, very clean and the beds were comfy. They are in a great location, a short walk to the main sights and with many restaurants close by and the area was quiet. They were very good value and would definitely use them again if staying in Venice.

The only slight issue we had was with the App entry system as we had some members of the group who weren't smart phone users. The hotel did help us with accessing the apartments and were very quick with communication.

I loved it! The location is amazing close to everything by walking distance. The apt was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it! Great value for ypur money. The team was very responsive to my messages prior to check in Open and close the apt with an app - great idea!!!!

There was not enough paper and towels- its best younwill bring of your own. We asked from the hotel staff but refused. In addition the check in proces is a bit complicated and done in another hotel close by. But still requires to walk 7 min with your luggage
