Excellent experience overall! Great check in and service (Mainly 'Allessandro'--so helpful); the room was spotless and cleaned each day--nice treat. The two-bedroom courtyard and canal view unit is amazing! Great to have two bathrooms in this unit for each of the two bedrooms. Shutters on the windows provide relief from the hot sun on both sides of the unit. Patio was fun to sit out during the cooler evenings. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is superb for quietness after visiting the sites and being around crowds. Strongly recommend going to the market that is one street across the bridge from the apartment--we were able to buy groceries and essentials for our 3-nights. We are very glad we booked here, was a highlight of our longer trip to Italy!

What a wonderful find! Beautiful, authentic hotel less than 10 mins to St Marks Square but tucked away in a peaceful location well away from crowds. The rooms are beautiful with painted high ceilings and a fantastic modern bathroom with brilliant shower. Even a real hairdryer which is a rare find! Breakfast is fantastic too, its a continental buffet but the choices change every day and you're served eggs of the day along with a basket of fresh bread and croissants with orange juice. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I'd choose this place if ever I go back to venice, thank you team :)

Beautiful apartment with plenty of room. Fantastic traditional rooftop terrace off the kitchen to have drinks or coffee and enjoy the views and sounds of church bells. Staff were lovely, very friendly and assisted with information and help when asked. Also arranged pick up and return water taxi to station and visit to Murano for glass tours. The Location is great as easy walk to more touristy areas such as St. Marks, etc. but also on border of more residential areas where you could go to more local shops for food and wine.

Leaving too soon

Location great, just outside the main hub of activity to be lovely and quiet but only a short stroll away from everything you needed. Our beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean, best facilities we had throughout our whole stay to Italy. We kindly got upgraded to a suite that overlooked the canal which was magical. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and plentiful. Very helpful staff who arranged our river taxi return to the airport (expensive but highly recommend as was so easy, great fun and a perfect way to depart Venice.) Will be back!! Thank you so much for looking after us all so well.

This property is far enough from the crowds that you can explore a more “leisurely” and residential Venice, yet close enough you can walk to all the must see spots quickly. There are great restaurants and stores around the block from the property! The apartments are big, well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. Ours overlooked a canal, which offered the experience of watching the “traffic” come and go. The AC was also great during our very hot summer stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, making all of our taxi and dinner reservations, which were all fantastic! They made us feel at home while in Venice!

Great location, super close to shuttle/vaporetto stop, nice walking distance to main spots we wanted to see, but at the same time it was a calm and chill street, protected from big crowds. Spacious room, classic but very well renovated, it really exceeded our expectations.

Only thing is that our room was the first, which was on the ground floor; not much noise from the street since the soundproof is good, but a bit of noise from the Palazzo's main entrance door. Nothing that ruined the stay.

friendly staff , knowledgeable, kept in touch through whatsup to keep us update. upgraded our room. room was not ready when we got there although they have contacted us the day before to check arrival time & get room prepared. location is excellent, breakfast average but more than good enough to start your day.

mosquitos so don't open the windows at night & make sure you plug in electrical mosquitoes replants provided by the hotel! hotel in very nice area, easy to access. If you using public water transport, you would have some distance to walk with your luggage before getting to the hotel.

This apartment offered an unexpected surprise as it was a hybrid AirBnB and hotel—providing daily housekeeping. Very clean, spacious and had a good layout. It also had an outside deck with a lovely canal view. Our location, in the Castillo region, was great as it was close to points of interest, shopping and restaurants but removed enough to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The resident manager, Alessandro Molin, provided exceptional service, assistance and pre-arrival communication. I highly recommend and certainly will return.

Place near just about everything, wonderful location. Charming and fulfilling staff- Raquel and Vanessa did everything to please us. Wonderful experience! Alessandro was extremely helpful in helping us get reservations and good tips about how to get around the city. The complimentary water taxi ride to Murano was outstanding! Would definitely stay @ this place again!!

Maybe the beds and pillows could be a little softer

The hotel is ideally located, with numerous restaurants just steps away and all major attractions within walking distance. The communication and check-in process were seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful with every request. We particularly loved the breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of options to start the day right. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!
