The room was exceptional. Great location, awesome rain fall shower & excellent facilities. It’s a bit tricky to check in as you check in at another location, which is about 10min walk away and not easily found. A map before check in would have been helpful, but the staff were great and nothing was a bother. The location is close to great restaurants, ferry wharfs and San Marco’s basilica.

The people above the hotel owned rooms were very noisy and messy. The lobby on arrival was full of rubbish and felt like a student flat.

This property was really central and close to everything with excellent views of the canal. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom, nice and clean too. My stay here was fantastic.

The room I had was a bit of a walk from the check in, which is completely fine. However, the second night I was there the common door for my room was locked and it was just inconvenient walking and navigating Venice streets at night to get some help. The staff member working was really nice and helpful though. You can also hear banging from other rooms around you.

Clean, modern, great location , central but away from crowds and touristy restaurants. Very quiet at night , great restaurants around . Reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. I would go back there

Location was good. Short walk to the square but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom was big for Italy. Cleaning crew came daily with new towels and linens.

The room was on the second floor with residential spaces above and below. If you are wanting a room with a view, this isn’t it. For me it wasn’t a problem.

We were in the apartment 5 min walk from the hotel - we knew this was the case and the walk was perfectly fine and short but still felt strange to be separate from the main hotel Some noise from the people sharing the block we were in which woke us up One of the walls was badly decorated The shower door leaked and flooded the bathroom quickly Would have been nice to have a balcony

The room was very clean and spacious with a canal view. It was a secure space in a quiet area. The location is fantastic, away from the tourist hub of the city but a short walk to most places. Whilst you need to check in at the hotel’s other location, it was a short walk between the two locations and and was a simple check in process with the easy to follow instructions sent to me prior to arriving. The staff were friendly and lead me to the location and carried my bags for me. The room was cleaned each day making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this great hotel.

Beautiful big room in Venice, it was a very comfortable stay. Very cute little balcony over a canal was definitely a highlight. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This booking is a bit unique because it's a private apartment like you find with Airbnb, but it's managed by a luxury hotel that's 5-min away (walking). The size of the room is great (large bathroom, very nicely decorated). The window that opens onto a canal is so quintessential! The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. We really enjoyed being in the Castello district, quiet, local-feel and good restaurants! The entrance appears slightly sketchy at first, but once you figure out which address is yours, there are helpful signs indicating exactly where to go inside the building. There's a good cafe nearby (Pasticceria Alla Bragora) with delicious pastries and coffee/espresso for your breakfast. Wonderful value!

The apartment location is a bit difficult to find, even with map instructions from the hotel front desk. I would recommend someone from the hotel walking the guest to the apartment, if possible.
