The italian setting and the beautiful window hearing sounds from the street below that had a cafe and food shop. 3 minute walk from saint marks square.

The only problem i had with the property was that unfortunately we had the window open for an hour at night and found that 3 mosquitos came into the apartment. We seen by the walls that this happened to other people staying previous to us that they too killed them. I'd recommend closing the shutters and windows before dark but would also recommend to the owner that a round top mosquito net could be left as an option over the bed for guests.

Location was excellent with lots of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We picked up keys from a seperate location but the instructions and photos made it easy to find. The water taxi was convenient to get us to and from the apartment to the station. The Faville staff were excellent in offering assistance and answering questions. The apartment itself was in an old building which opened onto a Piazza. The building had beautiful ornate wooden beams on the ceilings and lots of charm.

There is no lift so carrying 5 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit difficult. The beams in the bathrooms were a bit low so a bit of a hazzard to taller people.

Great location and fully equipped kitchen. Linen and towels provided Whatapp support team were great and lots of shops and restaurants close by.

Broken wardrobe. Long instructions on finding the property. Dated bathroom and kitchen. No lift 6 flights of stairs. Rubbish collection at 8.30 no way to leave outside the front door. Again didn’t realise it was the collection until I read the novel that was the instruction book. All this was emailed again these instructions need to be bullet points.

Location - short walk to San Marco, promenade etc., shops and pubs and restaurants just round the corner. Spacious and clean, stylish too. Wardrobe door broke down - fixed next day (on weekend).

Key collection and actual apartment are about 45min walk - not a problem on a nice day or even night but on cold rainy night... Instructions how to get there, collect the key, where to not go etc spread over 11pages (things turned out exactly as described but it did raise my eyebrows when i received it)

Loved having an entire apartment to ourselves and it was bigger then I thought. Everything was clean with lots of towels.

It was a long walk across the city. Would have liked to have the information for the water transfer before we arrived which was easy to take. Also the lock box to get into the apartment was near the train station not outside the apartment as originally thought so plan accordingly. We also had to dispose of all the garbage (instructions in apartment) and wash all the dishes (easy with dishwasher) before checking out. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.

Large room, has everything you need. Very clean. The host send very clear instructions of entering the apartment and how to deal with everything and he is available all the time. Location is really close to everything

The sofa is not that comfortable. The key collecting point if 30 min far from the apartment (but it was in our way through the main bus station so its ok)

The location was amazing. Not more than a five minute walk to the St. Mark's square. The room had everything that can be needed for a short term stay.

Very, *very* uncomfortable sofa bed. You can feel every metal detail in it and it makes noise every time you turn. No complaints about the bed on a second floor, though.

The location was great. Beds are extremely comfortable. There were issues at the apartment when we arrived and the hosts immediately resolved everything. We had issues ourselves with our daughter breaking her foot on our trip and we arrived in a wheelchair. The hosts were beyond helpful, kind and responsive. Will stay here again. We were a family of 7 and found the apartment to be very comfortable. Thank you!

Picking up the key was absolutely ridiculous it was so far out of the way and no transportation to get to it.

The location was perfect. Nice view from both sides of the building. All rooms were equipped with air conditioners. Apartment was big enough for 4 people comfortable stay.

All 3 Air conditioners were dirty. Ironing board were dirty and in bad condition.
