We just returned from a fantastic four-night stay at Londra Palace in Venice, and I can’t rave enough about our experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, making us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel’s location is perfect, allowing us to explore the beauty of Venice with ease. One of the highlights of our trip was the rooftop dinner we reserved for our group of six. It was truly epic! The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Venetian cuisine, and the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. We enjoyed every moment, surrounded by the stunning skyline and the romantic ambiance. Overall, our stay at Londra Palace exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience in Venice, this is the place to be. Five stars all the way!

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was spectacular, the staff was so kind and helpful, the hotel was clean, beautiful and exceeded my expectation. We were lucky enough to stay in the Tchaikovsky suite, where he composed his 4th symphony. I have to give a special shout out to our concierge, ‘Mister Blue Eyes’ — who was helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning but when we had a schedule change with our flight to Santorini late the night before our departure, he sprung into action with much appreciated assistance. The hotel was superb.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. Literally. Nothing.

This was theRelais y Chateau experience ever and we have stayed at many! Concierge Andre is a gem. He arranged many events for us on extremely short notice, greatly enhancing our Venice experience. With such lovely people, decor and the best location for sights and transport (and getting to The Biennale), why would you stay anywhere else? We will come back soon?

Chef's interpretation of "omelette" was scrambled eggs with contents on the side! Scrambled eggs come with breakfast, whole an omelette was an extra 12 Euro. Not fatal, but not really kosher either.

This is the third time we have stayed. The location is perfect, for us, just a few steps from the boat stop and within walking distance of the two main sites of the Biennale exhibitions. It is also neat St Marco square. As we booked well in advance, the hotel have been able to accommodate us by giving us the room we request. The breakfast is not self service. It's good, although somethings can be lost in translation, but over the years we have learnt to order what we want.

We liked everything

Magnificent location, amazing views, very close to many famous sites and opposite the vaporetto stop for easy transportation to and from the station. Light filled hotel beautifully fitted out and generally friendly staff. Excellent breakfast service and very clean premises. Attentive front desk.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with looking after everyone - minimal / non existent service at outside bar area, inconsistent breakfast service (more than made up for by the wonderful staff and tasty food) and no doorman to assist with luggage or heavy doors when trying to get luggage through. When enquiring about transportation from the station I was told I could get a transfer service for around €200 but no mention was made of it being just four stops away on the vaporetto / ferry (less than €20). Very slippery floor in bath/shower and inconveniently placed taps. Bed making and housekeeping was unusual - a bit untidy and haphazard (but very clean). None of these are deal breakers but for the price and the calibre of the hotel I think they could try to address these things.

We had a twin room but the twin beds moved too easily. Mine was about 0.5 metres from the Headboard by morning, with the pillows down in the gap. Minibar understocked - just some crisps, the only alcohol two bottles of local beer. That probably saved me from Myself, but still….the bath plug was old school and the chain broke easily with minimum force. Room service sometimes did not pick up the phone. You won’t necessarily have a canal view.

This hotel is a dream. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out, all your needs are taken care of. Amazing and beautiful room with very nice bathroom. Breakfast was beyond expectations (amazing food and view). Staff is amazing. Room cleaning service comes at least twice a day and every time there is a special detail prepared by them. Everything in the room fridge is included, which is a gentle touch.

Truly outstanding hotel, outstanding staff, outstanding service and outstanding location!!!

Wonderful room looking out on the water. Great meals and service in the restaurant. The staff was helpful getting tours and transportation organized.

Venice is too crowded during the day to really be enjoyed. It's good to wake up at the crack of dawn and explore the city before anyone is up. The evening can also be pleasant. During the day we got out of the city proper.

The location could hardly get better - panoramic view of the Venetian waters from our balcony with major monuments across them, and the legendary Piazza San Marco (the heart of Venice) at a stone's throw. Staff is as courteous as they are competent and the service, facilities and rooms are all excellent.
