The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which was the primary attraction to me staying there. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Checking out was also a breeze and took seconds.

The room was dated, hinges broken, appliances worn and not the cleanest. No fault of the hotel, but the location is also a problem. 1 in 7 people in that area are statistically going to be victim of violent crime, so I would not travel with family there. With that said, I think the cost of stay was a little high considering the surrounding area, and also, in a dangerous area such as that, the hotel does not allow firearms are weapons inside- leaving you defenseless.

The staff was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean! The breakfast was great and the staff was making sure the food was stocked and clean during breakfast hours. The pool was clean and perfect for my family of 4. The only issue was the construction on the road which had nothing to do with our stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking somewhere nice and pleasant to stay especially if the River Banks zoo is in your destination. It was only 8-10 minutes from there. Overall it was a great stay for us!

The staff were excellent. Especially Mona who helped us check in and consolidated two consecutive bookings we made. All staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C was magic, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The hotel was very quiet also which was surprising based on its proximity to the airport. Parking was plentiful and there were plenty of places nearby to eat. 15 minutes drive into downtown Columbia and USC.

No ice machine on my floor but really that is a small complaint. Not the prettiest of locations but inside the hotel everything was clean and quiet.

There were plenty of lights in the parking lot. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast served this purpose for me being on the go so quickly every morning.. The room I stayed in was very clean and I felt comfortable.

Will say that the carpet does need some more cleaning.

I was surprised there were no handicapped hand rails in the bathroom.

Check in and out was easy. My husband and I had an early morning flight. Breakfast was ready for us an hour earlier. Shower pressure was "everything." Tracey was kind and considerate.. parking lot was well lit we felt secure and comfortable.

Perhaps the bedding could be updated. Room was clean though. Shower surround needs updating.

Check in was very easy no wait, no extra fees, room was really clean and spacious huge dome shape stand up shower was my favorite!! Oh and the vending machine took my dollar and the front desk woman was so!!! Kind!! Went out her way to get quarters to pay with her own money 🥰🥰🥰

This place is a little gem. While it remains an "airport" hotel, the staff was universally helpful and welcoming. They were truly concerned with every aspect of guests' needs. Brittany is a treasure! Everything flowed so smoothely that one was unaware of any problems whatsoever. Good rooms, good breakfast, quiet area, and convenient to West Columbia!

Just has a weird carpet smell but only because they clean the carpet after every occupant leaves.

The staff at this location is probably the best out of any of the other hotels I ever visited. The rooms are amazing. Breakfast is very good too. I love coming here.
