Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was decent and there was 24 hr coffee. The gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and patient. Our card kept declining even though it shouldn't have and the gentleman done everything to his ability, even calling the manager, to find out why. After about an hr of trying to figure it out, he was still just as friendly as he was when we walked in.

The beds were like sleeping directly on wood. Although the pillows looked very thick, when you lay on them they are almost flat.

The room was spacious. The young man at the front desk, Devin, was amazing. He was also accommodating and funny.

The bed was not comfortable and caused my back to hurt. I tossed and turned most of the night. There is no microwave in the room either, which was a disappointment. The breakfast was very mediocre. Advertising free breakfast should not be included in the advertisement. Guests would definitely get the wrong impression. The cereals were stale in the machine as well. I expected a little more, being that it is under the Hilton umbrella. We left and went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

The stay was exceptional. The staff was great. They helped us to get an early check in for a wedding we needed to be at by 3p.m. The level of welcoming they gave us was beyond anything I could ask for when checking in. I didn't get any names because we were rushing but those ladies were awesome. Each person from check in to housekeeping was exceptional.

My only issue was that I didn't sleep well because the bed was a little too firm for me so the next morning my back hurt so bad lol. I would definitely stay again for the level of customer service I received though because that makes up for anything that could have went wrong.

It was very nice and modern. Guy at front desk was jam up. Very professional , polite, and helpful. The room itself was nice, big TV, big walk in shower. Most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in.

The location can be a bit iffy late at night. There was a police car hanging out in the parking lot so that helped make it safer.

We ended up here after booking a room that I did not feel safe staying in. This place was like Heaven. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and affordable. The lobby has 24 hr drinks snd snacks to purchase, a hot breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room and entire hotel is beautiful! Staff was excellent, so helpful and friendly.

The shower water pressure is embarrassing. I am 100% for water conservation but when it gets to the point of a shower becoming a trickle of water, that is way overboard. There is not enough water pressure to even try to get the soap off and you end up spending an extra 10 plus minutes and wasted water just to get the soap off.

It was immaculate! Very well kept. I loved the vinyl planking, soft on the feet. The tile shower was beautiful. I especially loved the shampoo and body wash dispensers! So much better than little bottles! I also loved the scents as they were mild and not overcoming. I was certainly impressed. The gym was also immaculate and had the essential training equipment. The staff was very friendly and caring.

Nice hotel. Very colorful and fun. Great place for families and groups traveling together because the lobby area has a pool table, lots of games, and lots of areas to hang out. Free breakfast and coffee were very good. Staff was so friendly - I felt like they loved their jobs. Loved the soap and lotion! Loved the music played in common areas. Location was easy to get to and not far from downtown. Very close to the zoo.

The rooms were nice, but not very spacious. With 3 of us in the room (with 2 queen beds) it was hard to open suitcases and spread out.

The person who checked us in was very friendly. Most of the staff would greet us as we came and went. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast server was friendly.

It was further into Columbia than we had planned (our fault, not the hotel's). The prices of snacks etc they had for sale were quite high (airport high).

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. The location was pretty ideal for getting to stuff quickly and still not being in the middle of everything.

The room was a little sparse though that may have been because it was a handicap accessible room. The shower water pressure was very low and Saturday morning we couldn't get the temperature of the water above a tolerable level of warm.
