The accommodation was nice with a separate seating area, kitchen and bathroom. The aircon was excellent very important as we stayed during the heat wave. The terrace area was very pretty and it was pretty quiet. We chose this villa becasue it was close to the stadium which we were attending. It is only 1km away. The staff were very responsive via messenger and helpful in explaining the key collection. Aside from that we did not see them over our 2 night stay. We didn't need anything so this was fine. Bus stop for number 80 from airport is 100m away very convenient.

The bathroom could be very awkward if you are a larger person. The shower doors do not open very far. Id let the staff know if you are larger to see if there is different room available. Also this accomodation is on one of the higher roads. This means everywhere is a downhill walk but a steep uphill on the way back. There is a bus from monaco that stops 1 road down but again you have a lot of steps. If you have not been to the area before steps and hills are a feature!

Host is responsive to phone, accommodating of requests, and extremely friendly. My room was spacious, comfortable, and featured plenty of outside seating with a beautiful view. The price per night is extremely competitive - hard to find a better place to stay without spending a lot more.

Wifi was often unusably slow and disconnected every 10-15 minutes with often minutes of down time. Make sure to call on arrival to have host open the property gates and provide keys - instructions were unclear...

Close to Monaco about 40 minutes of walking, but keep in mind that you will have to walk up the hill on the way back. Beautiful view from the property. Helpful staff that responds to messages fast.

Only 6 parking spaces available next to property on a very busy road. If those parking spaces are taken, then it is a problem to park. Very slow WiFi, was barely working. If you need WiFi for work, it will be unreliable.

The villa and the exterior facility was just fantastic. The room was also very nice but we were given 1 bedroom apartment among 5 and there was hidden bed and an extra bed in living room so during the dini ng the bed couldn't be used. Beach down the slope. Good exercise. My company loved cap d'Ail and the villa. Best time of our trip was there, near from the sea.

Kitchen was small and trash had to be taken by ourselves, there is no housekeeping service as it's a private villa property.

The whole place is set up beautifully. They had a few pretty places in the patio where you could just hangout with your friends for hours surrounded by vines, pomegranates and banana trees. They even surprised us with free but wholesome breakfast. The rooms very spacious, well equipped and they had very comfortable beds too! The toilet had a bidet too and there is always coffee in the patio! It's so close to Monaco City yet so peaceful and economic!

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. :)

Lovely property with amazing views. We walked down to a beach and went to a local restaurant, this was only about a 15min walk, a little longer walking back due to the hills. The room had everything you could need, hairdryer, iron and board, utensils etc. Lovely and welcoming staff.

There are only limited number of parking spaces we had to park in a cemetery car park, however this was only a few mins walk.

Great view, clean room, good value for the money. Also, the staff was fabulous and went out of their way to take care of us. Can’t thank them enough.

Hard to get to via public transport.

Location was great, it is on the main road but rooms are all on the other side so the sound od the traffic is not a problem. Manager is friendly and helpful.

We boked apartment for 3 person but it was really for 2 and one foldable bed.

The room was much bigger than expected. The staff were on another level helpful beyond anything I've experienced at any other hotel.

We didn't receive the entrance code before arrival. The location whilst close to Monaco isn't the easiest yo get taxis to and from

We have absolutely loved the stay in the villa. All hosts are really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa . Rooms were big and really clean. We can’t wait to come back 😊😊
