This hotel and resort is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited in my life, a place of rest, relaxation and recovery. The truth is that all the hotel staff, from the reception, the restaurant staff, the café staff, and the room service, want to serve you and enjoy serving you. The reception was very excellent and easy. They welcomed us with juices and gifts. The room registration procedures did not take a minute, and even the check-out procedures really did not take me a minute. If I want to visit the residents of Mi, I will visit this hotel again.

The only problem with this hotel is that the edges of the bed are made of wood and get scratched. More than once I got injured because my legs hit the wooden edges of the bed which have no basic support. The second thing to note is that the sound carries from one room to another.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was a highlight — each day offered variety with a touch of Northern Thai style, and there were also Western options available. We stayed in several places during our trip to Chiang Mai, and this was by far one of the most comfortable. The pillows and bed were excellent — my partner is quite particular about sleeping comfort, and even he was impressed, which says a lot! The welcome snacks were such a lovely touch — we enjoyed them so much that we were delighted to find out they were available for purchase, so we took some home with us! The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

While some might find the location slightly out of the way, we found it to be one of the most peaceful places to stay. If you have a car or use Grab, it's very convenient. One thing I do wish was available is an on-site spa. However, they do offer transfers to a partner spa, which is a thoughtful alternative.

We chose this hotel for a short getaway to celebrate our honeymoon. The place is beautiful, nestled in lush nature. Very aesthetic design, kind and dedicated staff, good restaurant and excellent breakfast. We had very nice attentions for our honeymoon, and enjoyed a lot the bathtub on the balcony, facing the nature. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Just small details, but I think our bed was not placed the right way (should have been turned around) si the position of the outlets and light switch was not very convenient. The bathroom was also missing a bin and maybe some hooks. Also, not a big deal but be aware that the pool is very cold :)

We loved the experience from start to finish, as we were on our honeymoon and they treated us very well. Room service was excellent, the food and drinks were divine. They managed to swap our room out when I wasn't happy with the initial swing outcome, and gave me my desired room upon it being available. They have a beautiful little garden area (with a koi pond!) to relax in by their bar.

literally everything was perfect, unfortunately we were there when there was maintenance of their Koi pond, so enjoying the pool facilities that day was accompanied by a lot of noise. and they just need some more pool loungers. 10/10 otherwise.

The staff were very friendly. Ying and Fern were really good and so were the other staff at the reception and the restaurant. Excellent hospitality. The rooms were really nice as well. Beautiful architecture.

The hotel is super calm, kind of a Feng Shui style that is very apreciable and makes you feel in a jungle. The rooms are very confortable and well decorated. The staff is all super kind and helpfull. The swimming pull is not very big but nice and quiet.

The breakfast does not have an international choice, you can chose eggs but not cheese nor ham nor cold cut, it is mado more for an asian clientele. Nevertheless it is good and tasty and have fruits and fresh orange juice. The food (other than Breakfast) is very good. The hotel is not in the cty center, so if you choose this hotel you need to take into consideration taxi costs. We knew it, so it was okay but it is important to be said. It is not a negative point, just an information.

This is a fantastic hidden gem in Chiang Mai. The hotel's grounds are filled with lush greenery, and I loved the design of all the spaces. If it's available, book the 2-bedroom private onsen room. The staff are also incredibly helpful and helped us with our itinerary. The hotel is very family-friendly, which suited our travels perfectly.

The venue is gorgeous in a beautiful Japandi design style. The rooms were great. However, the hotel manager (I think that’s her role), Ying, was the best part of the experience. She made outstanding efforts to help us get around, which wasn’t easy since we were there during the Yi Peng festival (another great experience) and just made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much

The hotel is a bit far out of the city, which did mean we had difficulties getting taxis to pick us up. I’d recommend the hotel to have a few taxi contact they can rely on, even if the price is a bit higher.

It was a bit far but no really far from the main city, which we enjoyed a lot. We had the room with the bathtub in the balcony and it was great to relax at night. We had dinner at their restaurant twice and loved the food, everything was delicious, sometimes the “easiest” things took a bit longer but it was because they prepare everything from scratch and you could taste it. The restaurant should be promoted more!

The hotel's intimate atmosphere and beautiful tranquil gardens with flowing water are ideal to relax in after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed many delicious meals in the hotel restaurant, where we were surrounded by greenery and the sounds of water and frogs. There are so many dishes to choose from that we regret not being able to try them all. The chefs put a lot of effort into creating flavorful and colorful dishes from North and South Thailand but also offer a good selection of international options. We had a very comfortable room with an excellent bed, perfect for me because of my history with back surgery. Our experience with all the staff members was excellent; they were very friendly and extremely helpful, for example, also assisting us with arranging transportation. Not only hardworking but also lovely personalities, they made us feel welcome and appreciated from beginning to end.

For this relatively new hotel we only have one suggestion for improvement: the tiling in the shower could be improved to guide the water better to the drain.
