The air conditioning is cold. The rooms are clean. The bathroom and bed are spacious. It's really ideal for groups. They are very generous with toiletries and water. They make sure to provide them every day. The front desk speaks English, so it's not hard to communicate, especially for foreigners. They are also friendly and helpful. The rooftop is nice. The surroundings are quiet. It's not difficult to find the place on Google Maps and other transport/food delivery apps.

The only thing a bit scary is the common area at night because they turn off the lights, so it's not really feasible to use the microwave at night (for us). You can also hear the neighboring room, especially when it's quiet in your room. It's a bit far from 7/11, so you really need to walk.

The hotel’s location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Platinum Fashion Mall. Very welcoming staff from the reception to the housekeeping team. They were all friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. We booked a family room, which was surprisingly spacious for the price. We were also happy to have our request for a late check-out (an extra 3 hours) accepted without any issues or extra charges. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s especially great for families with kids, as it’s not easy to find a family-friendly hotel in the heart of Bangkok. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the city.

There’s no laundry service available, and the nearest laundromat is quite a distance away.

The location is not close to the main road so it is quiet, which is a great choice. The terrace on the first floor is an ideal space. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room and bathroom area, shared restroom.

Just small thing. When I checked in on the first day, I decided to stay 1 more night instead of just 2 nights and paid immediately, but my room key card was only valid for 2 nights so when I returned, it was a bit inconvenient to have to get off 1st floor and explained to the receptionist at that moment who can not talk English, after that I was not given another room key card.

The overall location was good in terms of being able to access public transport and restaurants, and it was within walking distance to the night market and a few other markets. The establishment was quiet, and the beds were decent. I stayed in a 4-person dorm with my two friends, we had booked the entire thing for ourselves. The room was clean, and they had provided decent toiletries and towels, etc. The rooftop was a great spot to hang out and eat.

It was slightly inside an alley that got quiet at night.

The location was great- 10- 20 minutes walk to Siam Paragon and central w0rld and the corresponding BTS system. Close to many bus routes, and the train line that goes to the airport or the train that goes to Pattaya Has a lift Clean Big and spacious room Refrigerator Lockers in room Water refill station down the street just opposite 7-11 They give toothbrush and small toothpaste

The room felt more humid than it did outside and our towels never really dried No electric kettle, or hot water for noodles

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to key attractions and transportation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated how spacious they were. Overall, a great value for the comfort and convenience offered. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room with nice wide beds, a desk and a sofa. It is a good option if you plan to spend all day out and want a good night of sleep.

The hotel was not fully operational when we stayed there. There was no breakfast, and the rooftop space was not open. These convivial and eating spaces would be important as there are not many options in the immediate vicinity - I would say you can find good options in a 10-minute walk though.

Super-friendly, kind staff who spoke amazingly good English. Everything was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice toiletries. Very close to shops and market stalls for food and general liveliness.

The location is good on one side but a bit of an industrial wasteland on the other, which was a bit creepy at night. The rattan door to the room looks good but let in light and noise and was super difficult to lock. Took me about five attempts each time.

Location is awesome ... easy walking distance to Pratunam shops (Platinum Mall, Palladium...even Central World) and food/7 Eleven options nearby. Staff were super welcoming and friendly and there was a beautiful rooftop terrace to use. Aircon was good and shared bathrooms were spotless Also walking distance to airport link 700m

Doors were super thin so any noise from neighbouring rooms you could hear. Unfortunately I got a drunk Indian couple singing and talking around 2am

The staff was very helpful, the place is nice and in a good location. We came early in the morning and they let us into our room right away, way before the normal check in time. Which was extremely nice as we just came from a long flight.

The top floor was under construction so we could not access that area
