1. The room's door alignment needs to be adjusted. We are unable to use the double lock. For safety purpose. 2. We booked this property via booking.com with the option to have late check out (pay higher price). However, we had been informed that late check out is unavailable due to the rooms had been fully booked on the following days. This should be reviewed properly. Otherwise, please don't provide option for late check out as we paid the higher price for nothing. If the above can be improved, we will rate this property as Excellent.

The food at the restaurant was really delicious, we had steamboat on our first night, it earned us up nicely and it was beyond my expectation. Best of all was looking at Mt Kinabalu when the mist cleared.

The temperature for the water heater in our room couldn't be controlled. Getting there was pretty arduous - the road was full of portholes and really bad. Once on the way back to the place, Google showed us through a gravel road (this part was very scary - it's not the fault of the accommodation though! Be sure to take a different route if Google have you Jalan Tanah Merah)

the staffs were so friendly!! they got everything for us when we requested. not to mention the HD view of mt. Kinabalu right at our balcony. the only cons I can think of is the road headed there… a lot of potholes (but I’ve seen smaller cars such as axia being able to drive through it) but it’s definitely worth it. oh and don’t worry about showers, they have warm showers there :)

Everything! Since it is located quite on top of hills, we can get a picturesque view of mount kinabalu. Full view. As its name, the place is windy and the temperature can drop down to 61 degrees Farenheit (inside the room). If you don't mind to travel far & stay at quite on top of hills to look for a beautiful mountain view, this place is for you. I stayed in a cabin room. It looked small from the outside but inside, it was so comfortable, clean, tidy & the facilities provided were great. Equipped with water heater for shower, hair dryer, clean towels and beds, digital clock with temperature monitoring, free toothbrush with toothpaste, free drinking water and nescafe in sachets. It even has a balcony for you to enjoy the mountain view. My brother's family stayed in the suite room and it was equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room with tv and a kitchen. It was a last minute booking but everything went smooth from booking to check-in. Overall, for me, the stay was so worth it and beyond expectation. The staffs were friendly too. Breakfast was included too however, not encouraged for Muslims

None. My brother complained no tv in the cabin room (saja je) but for me, tv is not necessary if you are looking forward for the beautiful view

The staff including the owner are so helpful and super friendly They provided the food for breakfast and we can also order room service. The food menu is so simple but the taste is good The ambience, the view, super cool! It is really a farm stay. The location is quite far, but worth the view. So make sure you plan your transportation. If you want to drive by your own, please survey and make a research on how the road looks like and please be careful if you drive on your own. If you need transportation recommendation, you can also ask the owner, he can give you a contact to hire.

For me, everything is perfect. It is a homestay and don't expect more and please don't expect similar to hotel and whatsoever.

Such a peaceful and refreshing stay! The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The farm was well-kept, with fresh vegetables, animals, and cool mountain air. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the cozy rooms made it easy to relax. Perfect spot for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind with an incredible view.

The mattress could use an upgrade to something more comfortable for better sleep quality. A small improvement like this would really enhance the overall experience.

This stay is great with its amenities, can cook something up during the night. My stay was a living room with kitchen and 3 rooms. Comfortable enough for a baby too! The breakfast was good, with toast and rice. The staff were very friendly. One thing to take note is mosquitoes. But the mosquito coil easily took care of that. Tip: Buy the coil, and not the other kinds because you might see other insects coming out instead. The farmstay is further down than other many accommodations, but nothing inconvenient about it. There's also a river near there that me and my family went to! 10/10 recommend. Overall, happy stay!

The location was okay which is in Mesilau and near to the attraction places such as Strawberry farm, Alpaca club, Dairy Desa farm and others. our room literally infront of the mountain and river! its so worth it guys. The room are also very clean, it was small but acceptable for two. if u guys are more than two, preferably just take the homestay (for family and bigger) The food was so cheap and so delicious. I can tell it was cooked with love. Eating their tomyam while seeing the view was priceless. (please try their tomyam)

the condition of the road kinda suck but we still manage, need to drive slow and carefully cause theres a lot of potholes. We are using honda city btw (sedan) if u have 4x4 better Water heater works good but just slow. i hope they can use water pump in the future

Super helpful and friendly host. Very handy little shop on the premises. They have a small kitchen on site where the food is simple but tasty and filling. Rooms are quite small but have a brilliant view of MT Kinabalu from their own deck. A kettle and tea/coffee is provided with a small fan in each room to move the air around. No air con but I did not feel it was needed as it is pretty cool up there, although I was never there in the middle of the day. Would happily stay there again. Lots of free parking for my car.

Tiles in the shower need to be re-laid to help get rid of excess water in bathroom. Although a broom is provided to help sweep the water out.

A quiet place for healing. The staff that we met were very kind and helpful. They were very attentive to our needs during our stay. Thank you for a warm welcome and kindness during our stay. We were staying at a family suite. The room is spacious, neat and clean. Also, the highlight was waking up to the view of Mt. Kinabalu and the cat, Mimi! It was very cold so make sure to bring thick clothes! Overall I would say everything was worth it! Planning to come back in the future.

There are some potholes on the road but it's not that bad. We rent Bezza (auto) from KKIA. Just be careful and we'll be fine.
