The breakfast was adequate but limited choices of hot food perhaps typical for continental hotels. The location is in a residential area that is quiet. Walking from Train station is about 20 min but some uphill effort at the end. Walking to town is manageable 30 min. Good to have a small convenience/grocery shop two min away. We were delivered and picked up by a friend and parking is convenient. Communication with staff was easy. They are friendly and provide good information including where to go in case of emergencies and sirens (air strike).

Breakfast could have more choices. The air quality in the neighborhood was good but became smelly along major road approaching the city due to car exhausts. A face mask can help.

The hotel staff did their best to speak English with me, which was appreciated! The 8pm-8am room service menu was fantastic. I ordered the salmon option which was very nice and very welcomed after spending 12 hours on trains from Debrecen. I really enjoyed the smart TV - it was lovely to connect my YouTube to the tv and settle down after such a long day travelling. The shower was great and I appreciated the size of the room. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for 12 hours after check-out, which saved us a lot of hassle. Will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lviv.

N/A - perfect stay.

The hotel is brand new (only couple years since its opening) and you can see it clearly: everything feels almost brand new & fresh. The location of the hotel is also good: close to train station & to the city center (both in walking distance or 10mins by car). The included breakfast is good with multiple meals options (even though the dining room is quite small).

The only thing that was off during this stay was the fact that room recommended for solo travelers is actually an attic room with only 2 small windows up on the ceiling. (it wasn’t clear from the pictures of the room as mainly property provides images of full size windows - thus entering a room with no usual windows was a bit of a shock). As a side note, if you’ll decide to walk to the hotel’s location, bare in mind that the road to hotel is quite bumpy and not super comfortable to walk, especially if you have a big suitcase.

Administrator took photo on my passport to her personal phone and explained that it's by "Hotels policy". It's not secure in any of acceptable ways.

- would be great for lights in the hallway to turn off right after getting of the lift - the "stick" for operating windows was broken - it would be nice to have a hook to put smaller towel near the toilet seat - would be nice to know that help with parking was available

The room is pretty big, well-equiped and has everything necessary for the stay. There is a parking space in front of the hotel but not very big so there is the chance there will be no place for your car if you arrive late (though I was able to find a parking slot nearby). They also have a decent night menu which saved us because we arrived around 12 pm and were super hungry. The breakfast is pretty good.

Nothing to complain

Location is perfect. Very quiet area and nice neighborhood. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, specially the nice lady at the reception. She was always smiling and tries to answer every silly question we had. The hotel is very clean, like, over-the-top clean. The rooms are spacious, and the beautiful bathtub was exactly what we needed after a long drive. This was our second stay here, and it has become our regular stop when traveling.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Even those who spoke little English were able to accommodate me. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and while I did not order from the restaurant, the menu selection was good and reasonably priced. The location is no more than 30 minutes walk from the city centre, railway station, bus connections etc… making this hotel very ideal!

It can’t be helped, but the hotel is located in an area with poor streets. The pavements were broken and rough which made it very difficult to carry a suitcase to and from the hotel. I would suggest arranging a Bolt/taxi to take you to and from the hotel.

Nice remodelled old building, comfortable and spacious enough rooms, nicely equipped bathrooms, proper blinds on roof windows :). Very big and comfortable bed. All very clean and pretty new. Breakfast is decent. The hotel sits in about 15 min walk from the very center of an Old Town and pretty much all important attractions of Lviv. And location is generally rather quiet.

Nothing really bad, though there's kind of a trouble with parking. The hotel has its own parking space, but is pretty small and usually crowded. There's no possibility to book a spot, so if you're arriving late - you're... late :) and have to park elsewhere.

This is currently my hotel of choice in Lviv - and it was good as always. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Staff is very nice and attentive. Location is great - very quiet street and place, still within just 15 min walk from the very center of the city. Variety of restaurants in the area also helps.

Nothing really bad. Parking is a bit of a problem, as always. And this time I could note that cleaning was not as perfect, as it usually is...
