Room was visually clean and smelt clean. Linen was great quality. Noise level was lower than expected. Water was nice and hot in shower and good pressure.

The bed could have been a little less firm, it felt a little hard for myself, therefore I didn't sleep very well. This is the only aspect of my stay that I didn't like.

We liked the later check in options as we were travelling with older cars that tend to need a few more pit stops which makes it a little harder to predict arrival times. The rooms were very clean and quiet roomy. We were surprised at how vintage but cosy the décor was, it was like visiting your nan's place. That being said, everything was in perfect condition. The location was great and very quiet, no road noise at all. The manager was happy to help out with info on where to get a meal too. The shower was great, lots of pressure for a good soaking hot shower before bed. In the daylight we saw a swimming pool and BBQ area, so would be a great staging area for a group of travellers.

The only thing I found that I didn't really like was how firm the mattress was. Nothing wrong with the mattress, it was just to firm for me. Minimal toiletries, but enough for a hot shower so that was good.

The motel is located a short walk from town. We had a spacious room with a queen bed, which also had electric blankets. The heater provided was more than adequate for the cold winter nights. Good water pressure in shower. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodation.

The location is fantastic and the staffs are very nice supportive. We reached late, did barbeque and the hotel made sure we had all things available to access our rooms. Definitely going to visit again. Thanks & Happy New Year.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the Motel, booked it and didn't expect much and we'd just arrived after a 100km gravel ride from Bairnsdale - so a little tired and in need of a shower and the rooms are very good. Quite large, pillows better than most motels and the shower fabulous (see comment about riding - in heaven). Small touches very good including a retractable clothes line in the bathroom (as we were washing our cycling kit) plus a very good heater (that I mainly used to dry said cycling kit before a 6am start). It was fully booked but very quiet in the evening. And Orbost is a lovely town - exceeded expectations.

Don't get confused with the 'Country Man' hotel down the road - almost same name, very different motels!! Not located right in town, but a short walk from the Club where we had a decent dinner. No issue if you've got a car - we were on foot.

I run a professional cleaning business, and so many times going into places you are often disappointed with the standard of cleanliness, at Orbost Country Road Motor Inn they honestly exceeded my expectations, it was cleaner then most upper class stays ! And lovely staff ! Would definitely stay again ! Thanks so much !

I bought my own bread and butter and used their toaster.

I stayed there 3 months ago and I had comfortable armchairs, this time there was a sofa that I found hard to get out of with my limited mobility. After the first time I padded it out with more cushions and a pillow. I

We were using this as a transit stop over christmas. The room was a typical 1970's motel room. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The kitchen facilities almost adequate. It had a microwave, good size fridge, jug and toaster.

There was a lack of crockery and utensils. There were plenty of cups and glasses.

The man running this motel was lovely and very helpful. It felt like a cozy safe space. The beds were really comfortable and it was exceptionally clean and we’d highly recommend. Orbost is also a gorgeous town and we recommend the Thai take away.

The staff was friendly when we called that we will arrived late. His instructions are clear and precise to us.

Didn't have enough time to roam and explore that place, as we got to check out early for the next destination.
