The place is old style but really clean. The customer service must be the owner as he always around and attend to our request immediately. When we arrived our bathroom’s light bulb was broken and it was around 9 PM. The owner answered our call and fix our light immediately. Whenever he is around he always asks us what we need. He also guided us on what’s around Lake entrance. This is my first time with my hubby stayed in a motel and we felt very safe and really happy.

There was some people who played music late nights. I don’t mind some noises night time, but played music and noises are bit too much for me. There are some spider webs around the corner. However it’s not bad. It doesn’t bother me. There is no exhaust fan, but there is a window to let the hot air out. So that’s not bad. The bed isn’t really comfortable. I can feel the spring of the bed.

It was close to everything. The owner was very friendly and helpful since we arrived very late, we were still able to self check in with the instructions from the owner.

The motel is abit old but still descent. The price we paid for in my opinion is abit overpriced but it's ok as long as we have a place to sleep for the 2 nights. The people staying there was too noisy in the morning. It would be greatly appreciated if there were signs to tell everyone to keep noises to a minimum level as we arrived very late and still needed to sleep but was woken up to very loud talking from next door.

The motel is in a fabulous location, easy walk to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The man who checked us in was very efficient and very helpful. He recommended places to see of local interest that didn't cost money and were well worth visiting. He showed us how to get to the sea entrance to the lakes and go to Bullock Island at sunset, it was well worth seeing. The room was clean and sufficient for a single or multi night stay. We would be very happy to stay there again.

The spa in our room ( room 8 ) was awesome , deep and plenty of room . The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless , couldn’t fault it . There was also room to park my work truck off the street The RSL next door is an added bonus The staff / hosts were lovely people to deal with

Nothing that Would stop me from returning . My only gripe would be a bigger Tv in the rooms to watch in bed , other than that loved my stay

The staff at this motel are fabulous. The checkin was easy and the staff member who checked us in was so helpful with places to visit and places to get meals.

There is nothing about this hotel I feel was not good. It was close to the main street and restaurants, great views and a lovely walk outdoors across the road along the river.

the driveway in front of the rooms. somewhat narrow for two rows of cars. Parking near my room. The Kerb was too high and was bumping the bottom of the car door. This was the case for the biggest room in the facility. not sure about other rooms.

Location. We were just over the road from the river. It was a nice area to go for a walk and a shortish distance into the some of the cafes and restaurants. It would be great location for hiring a boat which you can do, over the road. The price was on the cusp of reasonableness.

Average assistance with the receptionist who was not the owner. There was no map offered or general friendliness that I usually get when I stay at a hotel/motel. The traffic was quite noisy as we were on the street and it appears to be a popular back road to get onto the highway. The cars space for our car was not adequate. Despite trying to park on an angle, it made a tight squeeze for vehicles to get around our car.

Spacious room, with lots of light in the bathroom from a skylight. Super friendly owners who were happy to help with questions about the area as well as our accommodation.

Given the proximity to water, we could have done with a few extra hooks or towel rails to hang our wet bathers and towels separate from our bathroom towels.

I absolutely love the cleanliness of this place. The premises is well-maintained. Room is bright and spacious. Cozy with all the necessities. Staff is welcoming and super helpful in answering questions supplying what I need. Great location for driving in and close to taking public transport, cafes, restaurants. I would highly recommend it.
