Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and updated. Room was spacious enough for two people. Tiddles the cat was a welcome visitor in the morning. Staff were very accommodating of the late check in. So close to the water and within walking distance of plenty.

Room had a smell upon entering of cleaning/chlorine. While it was nice to know the room was clean, the stuffiness of the room in the heat and the inability to open any windows meant it was a bit overwhelming. Leaving the door open for a while helped with this. There is a step into the bathroom that is very hard to see. Tripped several times coming in and out of the bathroom. A strip of tape or something to draw attention to the step would be handy.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the comfort inn in lakes entrance in one of their townhouses. Very spacious with great facilities. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. Full laundry including washing machine and dryer free to use. 2 generous bedrooms & bathrooms, including a bath. Good size balcony. Great for a family stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately tv downstairs didn't work but didn't bother us too much as we hung out in the lounge room where the tv worked. And we were too busy on our trip to watch tv! I'm sure if we had have complained they probably would have fixed it.

Quiet room at back of establishment. Some repair is going on round the place not that it intruded too much. Within easy walking distance of a number eating spots plus access to fresh fish too. Room was large, bed was extra comfortable. Basic kitchen stuff was there but sink was the bathroom basin. It appears a little pricey but that is common in Lakes Entrance

the room was very clean and comfortable, walking distance to restaurants,pub, shops,the beach or lakes are a minutes walk from the front and rear entrance of motel, friendly staff.

I booked the king suite only because it had the spa bath, but the actual spa didn't work, I also thought the pool and BBQ area needed a general clean and tidy up,I also found washing dishes in the face basin weird as well.

Room was basic, as I expected, but was very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. There was no promise of a "kitchen" but they had everything I needed to have a breakfast of cereal, juice, etc.

My room was one of a couple that are right on the main road, at the entrance to the property. Made for a bit of noise and, unless the blackout curtains were fully drawn (they DID have blackout curtains), the street light and hotel front lights shone right into the room. I think I was just unlucky with room allocation.

The staff were great, very accommodating and arranged for us to have access to the room even after arriving late for a late check-in. The room was light and comforting, had great facilities, and was all very clean. The location was beautiful, right across the road from the beach, and we could smell the beautiful fresh sea air whenever we opened the door.

The only criticisms we have are minor, the bed mattress felt very soft and lacked a bit of support, although it was very warm and cosy. There was a bit of a tripping hazard transitioning from the tiled bathroom to the carpeted main room which my wife tripped on several times.

our room was perfect to what we needed as we were only sleeping there. Location was great as nearly everything you needed was in walking distance . The cleaners did a great job and made sure we had everything we needed

LOL the weather!! One day we are swimming to keep cool and the next we were hunting for coats. No couldn't fault the place. I will definitely be back

Room was stocked with everything I needed including dishwashing liquid. Spacious and a very comfortable bed. Guest laundry was free to use and had a dryer. Secure parking right outside my room.

My room didn't look inviting from the outside and my window looked out to the carpark area for reception and the main thoroughfare going past the accommodation. I thought it would be quite noisy and uncomfortable to spend time in my room during the day, however this turned out to not be the case. The room had two types of curtains so the mesh one allowed me to see out and still feel like I had privacy.

The location was very close to all the amenities and attractions in the town. The host was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and tidy and looked new/renovated. Smart TV in the room had Netflix and other online platforms too so kept us entertained on those rainy days.

We stayed for 3 nights and the booking rates were too high for a small hotel like this. I can’t justify paying soo much for a night but I guess every hotel had their prices hiked due to Easter long weekend period. There was an outdoor pool but not heated so could not make any use of it in the chilly cold weather.

Great location to restaurants and eateries. As someone who worked in the Motel industry for 20 odd years I look at any accommodation through fussy eyes. The room was very clean and well equipped and the bathroom was spacious. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the linen was of excellent quality. We didn’t hear any street noise even though we were reasonably close to the street. The blockout blinds worked well and I have no complaints about this property. I would gladly stay again.

Perhaps a Continental Breakfast could have been offered if required.
