The staff were lovely and very helpful, it has everything you need to enjoy your time and live leisurely. It has its own restaurant and you can get 10$ food credits if you have a reservation as well as a happy hour. The pools were quite nice, and was often the attraction for the day. Had kind interactions with many other people on the property.

The car park for the place is quite tight, additionally there is a lack of air conditioning in bedrooms which did not help over hot nights as it made it difficult to sleep. Room service also did not message me the day prior before coming in.

We stayed in the executive two bed room apartment. It was clean, comfortable, with view of the lake. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. From pots and pans, dishwashing powder, washing machine powder, to clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner etc. Well thought out. Would defintely stay again. The pool and spa was great. It was open till 9pm during our stay. 👍🏼

The beds could be more comfy. The mattress was way too soft. The restaurant food was dissapointing. We ordered pizzas and wedges. The food took ages to come and then they did not bring the whole order together. Ended up having to wait another 20 min for just one more pizza. 😒 Pizza was not tasty at all. Wedges were good.

The resort was beautiful. Gorgeous rooms and furniture, even better than the pictures....they should update their websute photos so they do the rooms justice! Everything you need in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Free undercover parking was a bonus.

Personally we didn't like the sheets. The high tread count often means the sheets are hard and noisy to sleep in....like newspaper. Be great to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the cooling in the lounge didn't cool the bedrooms... the pedestal fans are quite noisy. On our last night there the bar and restaurant was closed so we couldn't enjoy happy hour or event get any food because the chef was sick. For a big property like that with so many guests, that was really poor.

Pool/Spa and Pickleball, private balconies

Had 6 guests and ran out of hot water the first night and reception closed at 8pm so could not get assistance till the following morning. The room and QR code said reception was open till 9 so we rang and rang, went down but all closed up so we were confused. When I mentioned it to reception they advised that closing time had changed and if I had looked at my booking email it would be there regadless of the information in the room!

Very happy with the apartment which was perfect for my stay. Rooms were clean and enough space to enjoy and relax. Kitchen was well equipped to suit my needs.

I couldn't fault the property and would be happy to stay again. Perhaps the only comment would be the location being a 10-15 minute walk from the main area of cafes and pubs. I could however see this as being a good point for some quiet time during busy holiday periods in the summer.

Pool looked good, too cold for outdoor pool, and inside one looked good, but full of kids, I didnt realise when booking it was still school holidays,. Loved the happy hour drinks, and we ate in the restaurant twice, and food was excellent.

TV in bedroom did not have a remote, when one was supplied only for netflix etc, but tv would not accept, so that was disappointing, and tv in lounge had text on it all the time, i would cut it out, but came up each time chanel was changed

The 2-bedroom apartment was equipped with everything you could need: comfortable beds, comfortable couches, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, in-apartment laundry facilities, bathroom amenities and great quality TVs with streaming services.

The restaurant was slightly disappointing, with a very limited food menu and a weird atmosphere, however in saying that, I did really enjoyed the prawns I ordered and the drinks menu was extensive. Not great soundproofing.

Stay is very comfortable - had everything needed for family with kids. All rooms had TV plus laundry, dryer, microwave oven, fridge, etc and it is newly renovated . location is just beside visitor centre and you can get the trip ideas from there. Just next building to Aldi supermarket. You can walk to ferry places for a cruise ride. Free covered parking inside.

Nothing to call out.

It was spacious, quiet and close to all attractions. We stayed at the 2 bedroom unit which was handy with 2 bathrooms and a seperate lounge between the 2. Both bedrooms had tv with wifi. The indoor pool is heated and the spa is spacious. The outside pool is also handy if busy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back when we visit again.

Nothing we didn't like. It met all our expectations.

The location was easy to get to. We used the car to get to get to the main centre. Was close to grocery shops. There was a lovely walkway which went along the Marina. Was relatively quiet, for this time of year. The pools looked great. We had a nice boat cruise around the lakes, viewing wildlife and getting a history of the enclosed island locations.

We didn't have a long enough time to stay. The weather was not the warmest so we missed out on the use of the pools.
