Brilliant - Beautiful, perfect small touches; bird seed, parrots, pictures of nature framed, cute tiles in sailboat theme in shower. Nature tree views Close up as soon as you open the shades. Incredible room enough for parents to escape upstairs lol . Foxtel Sat for movies series etc, comfy big lounge. Kitchen has good cooking facility’s and bbq on deck. Loved the big fridge for all my mineral water and diet soda. This place is loved, a recycling bin and rubb bin. A/C in every room a bonus, pool and outside spa. This is not just a hotel this is an Experience!!

I need to get fit few stairs between levels, if anyone has issues with stairs I know there are other level ones to book. I booked a big cabin high up in hill.

Friendly check in by Brian, told us all about the apartment and area. Large apartment at entrance to Metung village in a small complex of apartments. The living area was particularly spacious and very comfortable. We had a lake view apartment which made it very pleasant but the whole area was nice anyway. Apartment has everything that you need including washing machine and tumble dryer, full size cooker, microwave. Bed was medium size but very comfortable. Lovely looking pool if you are there during the summer. Edgewater is about a 25 min walk from the village along the pretty boardwalk and is nice to wander in to town of an evening. Metung itself has a busy pub where you can get dinner and an Asian Fusion restaurant. Aroma cafe in the village very nice and did a good breakfast.

Metung itself is a bit limited for eating and drinking but a lovely picturesque place to stay and relax.

Great holiday home for a getaway with family and/or friends. Easy check-in with clear information prior to arrival. The swimming pool and hot-tub were used well, as were the balconies of the unit, perfect for outdoor dining or sitting with a book and enjoying the sunshine. Close to the marina and about a 20 minute walk into Metung town centre along the boardwalk made it the perfect location.

The property was located in a very picturesque location and close to the jetty where we could park the boat. It was very quiet at night and had the basic required to eat in. It was also a nice walk along the board walk into town.

We would have liked basic essentials ie salt, pepper, oil and serviettes.

Perfect getaway🏝 we stayed mid August 5 nights when it was quiet. Our host Bryan was lovely. The bird life 🦆was a highlight bird seed supplied, everyone has a barbecue on their deck. We had one brand new plumbed in, just put in recently by the owner of our house The Acacia, genius, just a touch of a button to heat up. Instant heat you just have to press start button 3 to 4 times to cook your barbecue. No mess easy to clean & cooked meats evenly. Arcacia House. Beds comfy, heated towel rails a nice touch.😁well equipped. Extremely clean, plenty of fire wood we didn't mind topping up our own fire wood short walk to wood shed. Loaded it into the boot of our car🚗 no worries there. BYO fire starters & brickets to easily start your fire place if you don't want to persist with news paper supplied. Great for families to. Pool area lovely small spa under cover. Play ground also.

Didnt want to leave ticks all the boxs. 👌

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff and it was nice and clean.

The mattresses in the second bedroom on the bunk beds could do with being replaced. The kids found them quite lumpy and uncomfortable.

Absolutely love Edgewater Terraces. The apartments are home away from home set in a peaceful and picturesque location along the water. Spacious, modern, very clean and very comfortable. Enjoy soaking up the serenity from one of your balconies. Love the fireplace, perfect on chilly nights to really feel relaxed and truly unwind. This was our 2nd time staying and we'll be back again.

The cleanliness of the whole unit was impeccable. The linen, room decor, bed room size, even some magazines were provided. We truly appreciate that our unit was right in front of the water and the staff, Brian was very helpful in making feel us at home after a very long drive. Nice to be able to lit the fire place, plenty of wood and kindling were provided even though the air conditioning unit in the unit was working well… Edgewater’s location is the best!

It was almost a perfect break for us but the bed in our room was very soft, not very good if you have a sore back as you’ll feel like you’re sinking on the mattress. They have to consider about changing it to get a 5 star accommodation. How I wish we could stay a bit longer than 2 days.

Good value….suited us just fine….never been to L E area before….have seen many parts of Australia… we are from Scotland…

Terrace was clean and modern with great facilities and amenities. Loved our access to the pool and the full BBQ on the deck.
