Good My complaint was no water to drink

Again the water issue Denise did not really want to give me a complimentary water bottle to drink with my breakfast and not very nice even when I said I only have one kidney and need to drink alot. i do not drink juice or much coffee.She did give me one and said it is only for VIP members. She said I could buy a water.they said water was only available from 2-7 We are not at the Motel during those hours . I made reservations for 4 rooms 4 nights.It was resolved with another employee and the next water was available so we really appreciated that she listened.

Eggs and sausage were excellent for my high protein diet. Noticed sprinkles for the waffles which is a genius idea for a hotel that probably gets a lot of families. Loved the bracket on the wall behind the tv that allowed us to put the tv at a more comfortable angle to the bed. Wallpaper was very stylish. Very quiet. Staff was excellent.

I would appreciate having the old 14” high toilets replaced by 17” high toilets. Sounds silly but it makes a tremendous difference for older people or those with any difficulty standing from a squatting position.

The hotel is located in a good place with a couple of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The personal is helpful and kind. If you need something, just do not hesitate to ask them. The room was cozy and exactly what was booked and expected.

As in every hotel in the US, the breakfast is poor for European guests because we are used to eating something completely different. In every hotel, breakfast consists of eggs, some salami or meat, yogurt, something sweet and coffee, mostly in plastic or paper cups and plastic plates and cutlery.

They had an elevator to get to the third floor. The beds were wonderful! The room was large. The room was very clean. Their breakfast was superb! They have a lot to pick from specially if you're gluten free or on a specialty diet. They offered a meat, eggs every morning and you have waffle iron, bagels, muffins, bread, cereals with milk and all juices. Very quite

Hard to find a little , you felt like you were pulling into another hotel but then you drove behind it. There were three right together.

Excellent breakfast for a hotel chain. Staff was very friendly, and gave us a doggie care package that included some collapsible dog bowls and a water container. There's an empty lot behind the hotel that was great for walking our dogs. Room was clean.

There was a fire alarm one night that we had to exit the hotel during the night. Not ideal, but also not staff's fault. They forgot to separate our bill with room charges and pet charges after staff said they would. Otherwise, good stay.

The breakfast was outstanding, delicious warm and nice variety, in addition to eggs and bacon or sausage, they had so many choices of toast, Danishes, cereal and make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit and great coffee. Dining area was spacious with plenty of seating, clean & very inviting. Rooms were very clean, modern up-to-date furnishings, nice thick towels and plenty of them, well working ac. Staff went over the top to accommodate us with early arrival. Location is perfect with so many dining, shopping and gas facilities to choose from. Right off the Interstate, but the rooms are nearly soundproof as I never heard traffic or guest walking down the hall, next door or above us or running of the showers. Beds are fabulous!! Slept better than I ever had while traveling. They had a full-house but we were made to feel as we were their only guest! Right where we needed to be for all the fun sight-seeing and attending the Bike Rally. I will see them again for sure!

There is no negative to staying at this Comfort Inn& Suites!

I was arriving late and received a message from the hotel that they would be there to check me in when I arrived. I appreciate the reassurance knowing that I would have a bed to sleep in that night. The room was clean and the temperature was perfect after a long day of traveling. Staff was super friendly.

Didn't eat the breakfast.

Requested to be on the 1st floor, we were put on the third floor the furthest room from the elevator. Taking the pups out to potty first thing in the morning was a jaunt. No designated area to walk the pups to go potty.

The location to the places we wanted to see was great! The room was spacious and comfortable.

We had an issue with the door to our room that kept us from getting back into our room until a locksmith arrived. (The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic and also gave us a discount for our troubles.)

Breakfast was good.

Wall or floor insulation was suboptimal. Several nights could hear small kids stomping around. May have come from the room above. Would recommend a room on the third floor. Our room was on the second floor. An early arrival may have affected the room location.
